This conveniently located 4bdrm home near Rust Hospital is loaded with accommodations for the perfect occupants. 2 car garage, security system, pet friendly, all utilities included, with WIFI. Bi-monthly cleaning included. The home is fully equipped with dishes, pots/pans, vacuum, steam mop, covered patio with furniture, gas fireplace, and 3 TV's. Coffee bar with Nespresso and milk frother, bar with wine glasses and mixing station. Great well lit walking trails, easy access to dining, shopping and entertaining. Black out curtains in each room for those that sleep during the day.
