We were only stopping through for the night on a road trip but the house had everything we needed. A large and secure yard for the dogs and all that was needed to prepare and enjoy a warm meal. We slept well!!

Amazing

It was our first time in Albuquerque. The Host was amazing and very accommodating. The home was very comfortable with a spacious backyard for our dogs. We would definitely stay there again.

Great price!

Great price for a place close to our son and DIL. Liked that we could bring our miniature poodle. Good park nearby and fun coffee shop within walking distance. Bed was super comfortable and neighborhood quiet.

Bright, Airy exceptionally clean home

The home is comfortable with very comfortable bed and crisp white bed linens you would find in a grand hotel! Tasteful decorations, easy to find and it was just as pictured on the website. Great AC option and large completely enclosed backyard which our 2 small dogs loved.

Perfect Spot

The place was nice. It was clean and the location was fantastic. There were some nice parks nearby for us to walk our dogs. The property is close to lots of great food and outdoors stuff. Rajat is quick to reply and is very courteous. We’ll be using his place again.

Amazing stay!

The property was great, just as advertised! We brought our two dogs and they loved it too. The property manager was attentive and communicative! Clean home, and great central location. Also shout out for the checkout process being the easiest one we have had so far. No crazy requirements or stipulations. We will be staying here again if we ever return to Albuquerque!

Would stay here again

There were dead bugs and goat heads on the floor, we swept when we got there and didn’t see any again for the length of our stay. There was no coffee however the tea provided was quite delicious! The beds were incredibly comfortable and we slept very well. There is great water pressure in the shower and we loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer on properly.

Great Neighborhood

I lived in this neighborhood for two years in the early nineties. It has been rehabilitated into a lovely area. Close to trails, Nob Hill, historic sites, and great restaurants this hidden gem is a great retreat. The host responded quickly to our questions and addressed them immediately.

Celebrating my 69th bday

Was close to everything, easy to check in/out. GREAT back yard my two fur babies enjoy. Will recommend getting a small dresser for the rooms. Seems to ne adjoining another property, with separate back yards.

Albuquerque Weekend

The house was as described and very clean. The backyard is very secure if you have dogs. The lock box wasn’t working when we got there to check in, but the host responded very quickly with an alternate way to get into the house.

Old dated furniture. This property had (3) split units. After multiple tries by both of us we finally got 2 of 3 working. Next up the stove had a gas leak requiring NM Gas to disconnect. The bath photos don’t show the tub being spray painted white and peeling. The shower head only produced a spray pattern the approximate size of a quarter. The host fails to mention the front door opens facing base housing. You will hear revelilie and taps. On the positive side the host responded quickly to both concerns.This property was very clean. I believe that the host did not accurately portray his property.

Great Experience

We have stayed in this home now on two separate occasions and we have given it our highest rating. The check in and check out process is so simple, communication with the host was excellent about a minor issue with the us knowing how to control the AC. The host has thought of everything you need to make your stay perfect. The bed is extremely comfortable and the sheets are like a 5 star hotel would offer. We had our 2 dogs with us and appreciated the large completely enclosed backyard. The location is very convenient and the neighborhood is a nice quiet one.

Great little house!

We stayed here while in Albuquerque for a concert. It was perfect and had everything we needed for a quick stay. Really comfortable beds and pillows, I slept great. Only 1 downside to our stay. The shower drain was not draining. The owner did a great job of trying to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we opted not to use the shower. Thankfully, we only live a couple hours away. I go to ABQ often for concerts and hope to stay here again! Love the decor too!

Nice & Simple

The access into the home was simple. Thank you. Unfortunately, one of the bedrooms' pillows had a strand of brown hair left on the pillow, which was not my family member who slept in that room. The futon/sectional was also very hard to sit on. It was not made for long periods of time to relax on. And the weather during our stay was absolutely beautiful, so the patio worked out great. Thanks.

Good-Nice location, set back off the road. Close to trails for hiking and a few good eating options. Enclosed b-yard was great for our pooches. Needs attention-carpet is in rough shape. Tile or laminate with an easily replaceable area rug, would spiff it up. Had to displace a few spiders to access the washer. Overall, a good option!
