Check-In & Check-Out is by or before 11:00 AM.
Always lock the door when you leave.
Return keys to the lockbox and the parking pass to the dining table before departure.
There is a $60 fee for unreturned keys and a $200 fee for a missing parking pass.
Guest Conduct No pets allowed.
Absolutely no smoking, drug use, or illegal activity on the premises.
No candles, incense, or burning of any kind inside the unit.
No eating meals in bed.
No moving or rearranging furniture or furnishings.
No red wine or colored drinks on any furniture—contact the host for assistance if needed.
Respect our neighbors and keep volume low at all times. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Energy conservation is appreciated—turn off lights and air conditioning when not in use.
Only approved guests are permitted on the property. No unregistered guests without prior approval.
No parties or events. Alcohol should be kept to a minimum.
Intoxicated or disruptive guests will be required to leave the premises immediately with a sober companion.

Due to the age of the home, occasional pest sightings may occur—we contract with Truly Nolen for monthly pest control.
