Pets: We are DOG friendly, on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon, in writing, upon booking. Please review the rules and contact me first. There is an additional pet fee charged based on age/breed/size/quantity of the dog(s). Min $50/dog pet fee will be sent separately and must be paid prior to checking in. NO cats allowed due to severe allergy.
GRILL: guest understands this is not a guaranteed amenity. If propane is out we will do our best to arrange for refill when our schedule permits OR if guest refills it we will reimburse for cost so long as the tank is still full upon departure. Guest responsible for drained propane tank if left on irresponsibly.
PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
Parking: 2 car garage. $150 charge for each lost or stolen key(s) and/or Garage door opener not returned to designated location. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles while at the parking lot whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) and the parking company for use of the parking lot. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles.
Evaporative cooling - An evaporative cooler (also known as evaporative air conditioner, swamp cooler, swamp box, desert cooler and wet air cooler) is a device that cools air through the evaporation of water. Swamp coolers are seasonal, they work during summer months only when temps are not freezing.
City trash collection: Guest may be asked to help take city trash/recycling to street and back.
Starter Supplies: We provide starter supply of guest consumables only, anything additional will need to be purchased.
