    Charming and affordable, this detached single-family home is tucked at the end of a quiet & safe cul-de-sac in the sought-after UNM area. With easy access to I-25, UNM campus (just 6 minutes away), UNM Hospital (10 minutes) & Presbyterian Hospital (5 minutes), the location is hard to beat.

    Step inside to find a bright, spacious kitchen updated with a new refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, and marble counter. It also provides generous storage and counter space, as well as all the cooking essentials - everything you might need to immediately feel at home - including both a traditional coffee maker and a French Press.

    Upstairs, vaulted ceilings and brand-new carpet highlight three comfortable bedrooms

    The three bedrooms come furnished with a king-size bed and 2 queen beds. They share a splendid updated full bathroom (another bathroom sits off the living room).

    The good size living/dining room is perfectly set for entertainment & quiet enjoyment of its hand-picked art and one-of-a-kind decor. The dining area features a table that seats 6.

    The private backyard provides a shaded & secluded seating area.

    This home also include Full-size washer/dryer.

    Off-street parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and ample free street parking on a quiet cul-de-sac.

    We provide all linens plus a good starter set of consumables for your stay, including plenty of towels, toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, etc.

    All utilities are included in the rent.

    The space features 1600 sqf of a beautifully organized layout,offering guests plenty of room to unwind.
