This apartment is on the 2nd floor and is part of an 8plex. Walking distance (66ft) to Old Town Plaza, where you can experience the "enchantment" of New Mexico’s restaurants, cafes, shops, art, street merchants, live music and entertainment. We are also walking distance to numerous museums including The Albuquerque Museum of Art, Explora Children's Museum, the Museum of Natural Science and History, and the Rattlesnack Museum. Nearby is theTiguex Park, the Aquarium, Botanical Gardens, Abq Zoo, Tingley Beach and the Rio Grande crafts.

Air conditioner - please do not run temp lower than 70 degrees Fahrenheit. The compressor can easily freeze causing damage or HOT air to blow in.

The complex is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to stay on top of pest control and keep the apartments spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

Was the perfect location for visiting Old Town in Albuquerque. Very nice accommodations, comfortable beds, great coffee pods, good security and front door parking made for a perfect two night stay.

Second time at this building. Great location across from Old Town. Easy drive to UNM. Plenty of room for the three of us. Beds are comfortable. Host does a great job with communicating before and during our stay. Will be back in October for Family weekend and football.

Wonderful!
This was a great property! Close to old town easy to get to both walking and driving. The set up was perfect, first floor, definitely recommend and will stay in this complex next time we go to Albuquerque. Dedicated parking spot, wireless door access so no keys to keep track of. My parents and nephews were staying directly above us, so the noise levels were predictable (family). Another person above may be hit or miss on sound level. We could hear them walking across the floor and when they left we could hear the door close. Overall not an issue. Earplugs were provided if needed. Water pressure was great. The ac worked well. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Straightforward checkout process. Good Wi-Fi. Highly recommend the Railyards farmers market on Sunday. This is definitely a top place to stay. Thank you!!

Girls' Trip
This place was PERFECT!!! It was exactly as listed and then some. Taryn was extremely helpful & very responsive regardless of the time of day. Easy access to the highway & walking distance to Old Town. Would 10 out of 10 recommend this place for a trip to ABQ.

This is a great place that was close to the places we wanted to visit in Albuquerque. The property manager messaged throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here.

A cozy spot with great parking in the middle of everything! I very much enjoyed the instant hot water and think it’s perfect for two couples who need two suites. Great place! I’ll return in the future!

Great rental in the 505!
We were visiting UNM with our daughter and this was a great place to stay. Its location in old town made it easy to explore all the shops and restaurants. The rental was in great shape and Taryn was really helpful with giving us ideas and information for our visit. Lots of little touches made this a great stay!
