    The detached house with its own patio and terrace is situated in a quiet location on a hillside, with wonderful views of the mountains. It is situated in the Loma de Albuñuelas, in the heart of the Lecrin Valley. Loma de Albuñuelas is a privileged and peaceful place where life goes by unhurriedly. The silence of the streets is only broken by the sounds of the animals and the street vendors who bring fresh bread, fresh fish from Motril, fruit and vegetables every day.

    The holiday home also has a private patio with a small pool, ideal for a quick refreshment instead of swimming. On the adjoining terrace, partly covered by a vine, there is a table and chairs available. Pets are not allowed.

    The house has 140 m² spread over three floors and can accommodate up to seven people. On the upper floor there is a bathroom with bathtub and a bedroom with double bed (1,35m x 1,90m), ceiling fan, wardrobe and shelves. On this floor there is also a partly covered terrace with chairs and table, as well as sun loungers. There is also a small room with washing machine and iron at your disposal. On the middle floor there is a bathroom with shower and three bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.35 m x 1.90 m), a double room with two single beds (each 0.90 m x 1.90 m) and a single room with a single bed (0.90 m x 1.90 m), in which an additional extra bed (0.80 m x 1.90 m) can be provided. All bedrooms also have a wardrobe. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, which includes an induction hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a microwave. Here you will also find a large table for ten people. In the adjoining living room, you will find two large sofas in front of the fireplace, as well as a ceiling fan and a flat-screen television with DVD player and digital connection. You can access the internet via an internet device. This has a maximum data volume of 10 GB. On the ground floor of the house there is also a bathroom.

    The scenery is beautiful here. You can explore the surroundings on foot or by bicycle. The house is also close to Granada, where you can visit the Alhambra, for example. You can also explore from here the coast of Granada (Costa Tropical, 30 minutes), the Sierra Nevada (60 minutes) and the Lecrin Valley. The area is ideal for mountain and hiking lovers. The GR7 hiking route starts almost in front of the house. At about 1 km there is a restaurant and public transport and at 3 km there are shopping facilities. After about 6 km you will reach a lake where you can fish. The sea and the nearest beach are 40 km away and the airport is 50 km away. There is a skiing area about 60 km away.
