This stretch of golden beach is swept far and wide and filled with restaurants, water sports, and bustling bars along the promenade.
The house beautifully blends in with the whitewashed architecture of the town, with bright white stucco exteriors and traditional style shutters. In the living space, the bright colour palette continues with fresh-light painted walls and pale tiles. Kick off your shoes on the plush leather sofas, mixed in with trendy wall art and a bold wooden dining table, with the entire room decorated with minimalism and simplicity. The kitchen is in a country-chic style, made up of traditional white cabinetry and a stainless-steel oven.
The large glass sliding doors bring the outside in, with direct terrace access from the living and dining rooms. Afternoons at Villa Sofy are something special, filled with peaceful swims in the pools, soaking up the sun on a lounger, or tucking into lunch at the veranda-shaded dining table.

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 86cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 76cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 110cm wide. Outside, there are 3 steps down from the covered terrace to the poolside. This can be seen in the images. Around the pool is tiled, whilst there is also a small lawn area within the garden. Inside, there are 6 steps on the ground floor. These are from the hallway to the lounge/kitchen/bedroom 1/bathroom. Access to bedroom 2 is via 1 internal step. The bedroom via 6 steps has a door width of 68cm, and the bedroom via 1 step has a door width of 62cm. The bathroom has a door width of 62cm, the kitchen door is 68cm wide, and the lounge door is 114cm wide.
