    This quality 5-bedroom villa offers total comfort with its private pool, garden and BBQ area. Picture yourself lounging on sunbeds by the 10x4m pool after beach time or golf, firing up the barbecue for shaded dinners under the pergola, or challenging family to games in the basement rec room. Ideal for large families or groups seeking space, quiet and Algarve relaxation.



    Step inside to five air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms and six bathrooms across two floors, all with TVs for ultimate convenience. Ground floor: two en-suites (one double, one twin). First floor: four en-suites (three doubles, one twin). Plus a social WC. The independent kitchen shines with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and all essentials. The spacious living/dining room features flat-screen TV, fireplace, AC and a table for 10, with Wi-Fi throughout.



    Guests love the outdoor: 10 x 4 metre private pool with sun loungers, shaded BBQ dining pergola, and garden. Downstairs, the games room delights with snooker, ping-pong and darts. Private parking for 2-3 cars adds ease.

Ten of us stayed here for my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. We are two families with 4 teenagers and the space was perfect. Plenty of outdoor space, the pool was perfect, everything you needed in the villa. A 10 minute walk to the shop and restaurants, a 15 minute walk to the beach and a 20 minute walk to a golf course. Bigger towns are accessible in minutes via cheap taxi services and the airport is a straightforward 40 minute drive away. Would recommend this property for a group of our size who want private space with close local amenities.

A beautiful villa

The villa was in a quiet location but within easy reach of the shops and beach. The bedrooms were spacious and suited our party of 7 adults and 3 children. The outdoor area was well maintained. Unfortunately the pool was not heated and too cold at the time of year so was only used for brief dips! We found the kitchen area too small for more than two people to work in. Also the lounge area could have had more seating for 10 people. Some of the showers were not very good. One did not drain the water quickly and another had poor temperature control. However, overall a fantastic place to stay and we would definitely stay again.
