Villa Grade is a magnificent private villa with swimming pool, can accommodate 6 people.
Villa Grade its Ideal for families with children mostly due to the large outside area.
The 2000 m2 of land surrounding the villa and the various fruit trees, give an incredible experience for the little ones.
Villa Grade is a ground floor house, with 3 bedrooms, which 2 of them with double beds (1 with in suite bathroom) and 1 with twin beds, a living room with fireplace, a dining room and a spacious kitchen with direct access to the barbecue and the pool area.
The villa its fully furnished and equipped so that you can enjoy an amazing holiday.
Villa Grade is located in a very calm area near the pleasant village of Guia where you will find a market with fresh goods, banks, pharmacy and all the facilities that you might need during your holiday. The beaches like Salgados and Gale, and also Salgados Golf Course, are aprox. 5Km away.
Algarve Shopping and Zoomarine are as well a short 5 minutes drive.
The Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night of stay, for all guests aged 13 or older, during the period from April 1st to October 31st, with a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount will be paid directly to the Municipality a few days before arrival and is not included in the quotes generated on our website, so we kindly ask you to take this into consideration.
We would also like to clarify that parties/events are strictly prohibited on this property.

Très belle maison avec de l’espace. Les portes des chambres font du bruit quand on les ouvres.
Grand espace dans la maison. Grand jardin. Grande piscine.
Super vue tout les soir du couché de soleil avec les palmiers magnifiques !!!
Nous avons contactée l’agence pour un problème de pommeau de douche et pour venir nettoyer la piscine qui s’était salie durant le séjour et le lendemain tout était solutionné !!!
Endroit súper tranquille
Nous avons beaucoup aimé séjourner dans cette Vila.

Adorámos a estadia! A casa é grande, limpinha, com muita privacidade. A área da piscina é muito agradável, sem vis-à-vis o que permite ter uma paisagem linda á vista e a piscina é uma maravilha com A cozinha tem todos os ustensiles necessários para poder fazer comida em casa. O shopping está a 5 minutos, as praias tb, é um pequeno oásis no meio do Algarve. E o mais importante, o nosso cãozinho adorou poder correr pela propriedade :)

sehr schön gelegene Villa
Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, die Anlage und die Einrichtung der Villa ist sehr schön, genauso wie wir uns es anhand der Fotos vorgestellt hatten. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit unseren Wünschen nachzukommen.
Leider gab es Probleme bei der Stomversorgung. Wenn mehrere Geräte gleichzeitig in Betrieb waren, kam es zum Stromausfall. Darüber sollte sich der Besitzer Gedanken machen, da dies leider mehrmals am Tag der Fall war (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Kaffeemaschine.
Alles in Allem ist die Villa auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert und wir würden jederzeit wieder die Villa Grade buchen.
