This modern and peaceful 4-bedroom villa enjoys an excellent location in Salgados, Albufeira, within easy reach of beaches, restaurants, golf courses and everything you may need for a memorable Algarve holiday. Step inside to four comfortable bedrooms, including a separate private annexe, accommodating families and groups with ease. On the ground floor, you will find an en-suite double bedroom and a guest WC. Upstairs, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two trundle beds share a family bathroom. For additional privacy, the property also offers a separate en-suite annexe with twin beds located at the front of the villa. In total, the villa features four bedrooms, three bathrooms and one guest WC.



The bright living area provides comfortable seating, a large-screen TV, air conditioning and a unique dining table that also converts into a snooker table for added entertainment. Patio doors lead directly to the outdoor dining area and charcoal barbecue, creating the perfect setting for relaxed evenings together.



Guests love the outdoor spaces, featuring a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, a shaded jacuzzi area on the first-floor terrace, an arcade game machine, an outdoor bar area and plenty of space to enjoy the Algarve sunshine throughout the day.

Quiet hours are mandatory from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Events, pets, and unauthorised additional guests are not permitted.

Moving furniture or equipment is not allowed.

Excessive rubbish must not be left.

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.

Prior identification of all guests is mandatory to comply with legal requirements.
