Lovely villa, much bigger than we imagined from the photos with a nice pool area and sun terrace. Very comfortable for a family of 5. Easy check in/out and we appreciated being able to get into the villa earlier than expected. Location is great, right next to a few good restaurants, a small supermarket and the beach is about a 5/10 minute walk. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Thanks!

Large villa near some lovely restaurants and a few bars . Villa had a lovely pool and was a lot bigger than it looks on the photos , plenty of utensils in the kitchen and was good to have a dishwasher , do feel the bathrooms could do with some modernisation and a chest of drawers in the downstairs bedroom with a few more plug sockets would be good but all in all a lovely villa in a great location and great communication from the owner who was very helpful and quick to reply to messages

As others have said, the pictures do not do it justice! So much room - each bedroom is ensuite and there's another toilet downstairs!! The pool is amazing and salt water- it's across the road from bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket etc

Great stay

Myself, my partner and our friends visited this villa on the 10th of September for one week. The villa was in a beautiful area, with a fantastic location, and was very spacious. The only thing we had to do was sort out the hot water, but we contacted the owner, who responded straight away to let us know how to fix the issue. This was fixed very quickly. The pool was lovely, and the outdoor space was great. The pool table was an extra bonus, and this was used daily. We would highly recommend this villa and the location. We had a fantastic holiday.

We stayed from February 1st through April 12th . The location was excellent just a five minute walk to the beach.There were a number a restaurants and coffee shop within a couple of minutes walk as well as a small store for basic supplies.Larger grocery stores and shopping are only about a fifteen minute drive away. The people so friendly and the area is beautiful.The house three bedrooms each with its own full bathroom which worked out perfectly for us three adult couples. There is also a half bath on the main level and lots of living space with a pool table.Antonio is great host and great to communicate with.This was certainly one of the best bookings we’ve had and plan to return in the future. Highly recommended.

Very spacious home

Plenty of room to spread out, we didn't even use one bedroom. Lots of bathrooms so everyone had their own. Pool was nice, and not too cold for a quick swim in late October/early November. Great beach nearby and a market and a few restaurants. Easy/plentiful parking this time of year. Car is almost necessary in the Algarve, though one could conceivably uber/taxi/bus into the various towns if left with no other option. We would like to return for the summer high season and enjoy the beautiful praias.

Fabulous stay!

A truly lovely villa. Photos do not do it justice. It is so spacious. We were a family of 6 adults and everyone thought it was great. Lots of seating indoors and out. Pool was a welcome addition which we made full use of. The beach is literally a few minutes walk away and the views are stunning from the cliff top. There is a great little supermarket 2 minutes walk away and a number of restaurants/cafes in the same vicinity. No, it's not in the middle of the town, but for us it was perfect! A taxi for the 6 of us was about £13 each way into Albufeira old town. The host was so informative and replied quickly with any questions. I would definitely recommend this villa and didn't want to leave!

Overall the accommodations fit us well, 3 bedrooms and lots of space. We had a delightful stay. It was a short distance to an awesome beach. Great for walks anytime of day. On arrival there were no hand soaps, dish towels (poor condition), no cleaning supplies dish soap, toilet cleaners, and toilet paper was minimal. Bath tubs had no non-slip mats, very slippery while showering. we found a temporary solution. Would have expected more in this area. Good parking and communication with the owner.

Superb villa in excellent location

A beautiful and well equipped villa- as noted by others, the photos barely do it justice. Location is fantastic - a few minutes' walk from 5 restaurants, a reasonably good supermarket and one of the best beaches we've visited. Communication with the owner, Antonio, was excellent. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house

The house was much nicer than what is shown in the photos. Each room had its own ensuite plus a half bathroom on mainfloor which worked great for our group. The location was 1 minute walk to a nice plaza of restaurants and supermarket. It exceeded our expecting.
