1st stay in Algrave

This property was so close to the tunnel and all restaurants and shopping. We couuld walk to the marina or the town center easily. Perfect amount of space and the owners were helpful. Sergio assisted us with extra nights easily and graciously. Will recommend this space to others coming to the area. So clean!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Very close to the centre of the old town and the beach. The old town definitely attracts a more mature crowd. Sergio and Bruno are really 2 of the nicest people one could hope to meet and will go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable and care free as possible. I would 100% stay again if back in the old town. Muito Obrigado, Sergo & Bruno.

Great little apartment, everything we expected. The air conditioning system wasn't very good though ad nothing in place to actually clean the apartment floors which got quite grubby, overall though it was fab

This apartment is everything you need it is absolutely immaculate to crisp white bedding to crisp white towels the whole apartment is spotless it’s one street back from the main square which takes you 2 minutes but far enough to be quiet of a night it’s a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach it’s a great find and I will definitely use it again absolutely fantastic x

Le personnel de l'agence est vraiment adorable et met tout en œuvre pour satisfaire la clientèle. Un grand merci! Le logement très bien situé, propre et fonctionnel. Les parties communes sont impeccables. Même s'il n'est pas possible de préparer de repas chaud (pas de cuisine dans le logement), tout le nécessaire existe cependant pour prendre le petit-déjeuner (très appréciable). Une buanderie en libre-service au sous-sol est aussi un vrai plus.

Location idéale et équipements de "cuisine" moindres

L'appartement est idéalement situé, parfait pour 2 personnes, à proximité de tout (2min de la plage, 2min des bars et restaurants, 3min d'une supérette et 3min des boîtes de nuits) sans avoir de nuisances sonores la nuit, car placé dans une petite rue à l'abri des bruits. Propre et fonctionnel, il est équipé de ce que l'on pourrait appelé une kitchenette (micro-ondes, grille-pains, cafetière, minibar, bouilloire, sets de tables, torchon et vaisselles), il n'y a cependant rien pour laver la vaisselle, nous avons donc dû acheter des éponges et du liquide vaisselle pour pouvoir la laver dans le lavabo de la salle de bain (pas très pratique mais pas d'autres moyens). Nous avons dû également acheter des sacs poubelles car il n'y en avait pas de fournis autre que celui de l'unique poubelle de la salle de bain, mais nous avons aussi acheter de la lessive qui n'était pas non-plus fourni pour la buanderie située au sous-sol. Tous ces petits achats en plus (que nous avons laissés à notre départ) n'auraient pas dû être effectués car ils sont censés être logiquement compris dans la location. Mais nous avons passées une très belle semaine de vacances avec un cadre agréable à un prix abordable hors dépenses extérieurs.
