The Villa Boracay is a fantastic property with a privileged location in São Rafael, Albufeira, within a short walking distance from the golden sandy beaches of São Rafael and Arrifes. Situated in a tranquil location, perfect for families, Villa Boracay is the ideal refuge for relaxing holidays under the sun.

This incredible 3-bedroom villa can accommodate 6+3 people, with 1 double room, 1 twin room, and 1 room with bunk beds (2 single beds), as well as 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is bright, spacious, and fully equipped with everything needed to cook at home, and the inviting living/dining room offers comfortable seating, television (where you can enjoy available international channels) and a dining area for family meals.

Outdoors, you can enjoy the garden and private pool (heatable as an optional extra), as well as the ping-pong and billiards table. Outdoor meals cooked on the brick barbecue can also be enjoyed on the covered terrace overlooking the pool. Parking is available within the property.

Villa Boracay benefits from air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

The property allows for total relaxation, being just a short walk from a wide variety of renowned restaurants, some of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the Algarve, where you can enjoy water sports, and just a short distance from an excellent golf course. The city of Albufeira, with its colorful marina, the charming old town along Fisherman's Beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs, and shops, is located about 10 minutes by car.

It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.

The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).

Group deposit: €300 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

Prices are for up to 6 people.

From the 7th to the 9th person, an additional value will be charged that includes an extra bed or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).

According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
