What can I say?, absolutely beautiful appartment. It has everything you need for your self catering holiday. Ideally situated for easy access to the pool if you have small children. Pool area very clean and tidy. A few bars and restaurants at the marina and the Old Town is about a twenty minute stroll or a quick taxi ride costing €5 or €10 to the centre of Albufeira. Would we come back, oh yes!!

Fabulous accommodation and location

Just back from a fabulius week at this amazing apartment. Everything was perfect, the apartment, the location being just a few minutes walk to the marina and the hosts Tania and Pedro made sure we had all the information we needed and were so accommodating with any of our requests. We will definitely be back.

Destacamos desde já a simpatia do Pedro e da Tânia que nos receberam muito bem. Visto que viajámos com um bebé solicitamos algumas comodidades extra que foram prontamente disponibilizadas. Sitio perfeito para descansar em familia e aproveitar as várias praias a curta distância, ou então um serão na piscina que fez as delicias dos nossos filhos. A home from home

Recently stayed in this apartment with my daughter, my wife and her parents. First impressions of the property where very good, it was very clean, well maintained, and looks exactly like the pictures. The owners of the property were a pleasure to deal with and responded promptly to all enquiries and they called us when our flight landed to make sure we knew where we were going. They also provided a travel cot and high chair for our one year old which was great. The apartment has two well sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen/living area, the two bedrooms and living area have air con. The kitchen area has all the utensils and appliances that you may need and all are in good working order. There were a lot of cleaning products available, I’m not sure if these were left by previous renters or the owner, but they were handy to keep the place clean. The living area and one bedroom open up to the garden/swimming pool area which is really nice. There are some loungers and patio furniture which make sitting in the sun nice. There are two swimming pools, a small one for toddlers/small children (40cm depth) and a bigger one for everyone else, both pools were quite cold though but made bearable by the nice weather. We visited in October so the garden area was very quiet, it may be more lively during the summer. The apartment is based within a locked area that you need a PIN number to enter by foot or car. It is a five minute walk to the marina where you can find shops restaurants and bars. It is approximately 25 minutes walk to the old town and fairly easy walk if you are reasonably fit. If you don’t fancy walking you can get an Uber for around €5. It’s around €6 to Lidl or Aldi where you can buy groceries. All in all a great place to stay that I would definitely recommend to others and might return to in future :)

A lovely place, bigger than it looks in the pictures. Safe and secure with a nice atmosphere around the site. Facilities in the apartment were excellent and the furniture is modern and comfortable. Owners were very accommodating when we had to change arrival/departure times at short notice, to anti-social hours, after Ryanair cancelled our flight on the morning of departure Literally 1 mins walk from the marina bars, restaurants and shop which is really convenient. 1 mile from the old town. Only slight concern was that the water supply was interrupted a couple of times which isn’t ideal with small children. However the owners did explain that this was a municipal thing and not their fault. We made full use of the facilities including the football pitch, pools, and picnic area and they were all kept in good condition and felt safe and secure We’re already planning to come back next year! Thanks Pedro, Tania and Jose!

Fantastic holiday with Children

We had a fantastic holiday in this apartment in August. The apartment itself is very comfortable and homely. Although the weather was extremely hot, we had ample shade in the afternoon. The pool was fantastic for children and adults and really easily located a few steps from our private terrace. A car is needed to take advantage of the surroundings, but essential groceries and restaurants can easily be accessed in foot. The marina itself is a mixed experience and lacking somewhat in character, but fine for early evening family meals and children's entertainment. Other fantastic restaurants can be found a little further walk away (Castelo do Mar and Restaurante Porto de Abrigo were our particular favourites) and taxis are also readily available. Some incredible beaches can be found only five minutes drive away. I would avoid Albufeira beach but head west to Praia de Coelha, Praia de Evaristo or Praia de Castelo which are all beautiful. Thank you Tania and Pedro, I hope we can return next year!

This is a fantastic new apartment with 2 lovely pools just metres away from the deck/patio. The apartment is modern, clean and has all the things you need. It is part of a small complex with good security (key code/sensor gate), car parking, playground, bbq area. Much more relaxing and quieter than a resort - just what you need on a holiday. The owners are quick to respond to messages and are very helpful. They even provided a baby chair and a cot for our youngest which was great. It is located near the Marina where there are several cafes and bars/restaurants, and a recently opened Spar (for the basics). Old Town is nice scenic 15-20 walk. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Really nice play to stay. A bit further out but walkable to the strip and old town (around 20 minutes). Pool was lovely and quiet. The apartment was of a high standard and very clean. We had all we needed for self catering. Would recommend and go again!
