The living room is spacious and integrated with the dining area, offering direct access to a charming terrace. This space is perfect for meals and relaxation moments. For guests who need to work, there is a desk available in the room.



KITCHEN:

The independent kitchen is modern and well-equipped with glass-ceramic appliances, including refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. In addition, it has kitchen utensils, crockery, coffee maker, toaster, electric jug and juicer, ensuring that all culinary needs are met.



LAUNDRY:

Adjacent to the kitchen, the laundry offers a washing machine and a large fridge. There is also access to a covered barbecue area, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals outdoors.



PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL:

The property has a private swimming pool of generous dimensions (10m x 5m), enclosed for greater safety. This space is perfect for refreshing and enjoying the pleasant Algarve climate.
