Lavish Villa with Private Swimming Pool

Modern, detached villa with private pool. You reach the pool via one of the two enclosed terraces. You look out over the hilly surroundings, Albufeira and the sea. To make it all complete, there is also a lovely lawn garden where the children can romp around.

Albufeira is just 3 km away. It is a cosy seaside resort with many shops, restaurants, terraces and bars. The old part has buildings from times gone by in narrow streets and on nice squares. The city beach is already 3.5 km away, but you have the beaches to choose from. Along the beautiful coast are many hidden bays. Nice to take a day trip by car and visit several of them. The idyllic bays Praia de São Rafael and Coelha for example (both 5 km). Of course, you can also just pick one and stay there all day.

To really get to know this part of the Algarve, be sure to leave the coast too. A beautiful drive brings you to the picturesque villages of Paderne (20 km) and Alte (30 km). Both villages are set against a hill and time seems to have stood still here.

- Der Wasserhahn in der Küche war enorm undicht (wurde teilweise von Gabi Miguel repariert). - In der Schiebetür von der Küche zum Garten befand sich ein Wespennest. - Das Autotor war kaputt, sodass unser Mietwagen auf der Straße bleiben musste (wir haben die Villa auch gebucht, um die Sicherheit zu erhöhen, dass unser Auto nicht gestohlen wird). - Die Dusche im Erdgeschoss war verstopft (wurde von Gabi Miguel behoben). - Es gibt 2 Gefrierschränke, die überhaupt nicht funktionierten. - Es gibt 2 Kühlschränke, aber nur einer funktioniert, ist aber viel zu klein, um Essen und Getränke für 8 Personen unterzubringen (die angegebene Menge, die in dieser Villa übernachten kann). - Die Leitungen im Haus sind zu alt, um den Strombedarf der Geräte zu decken. - Aufgrund der elektrischen Probleme konnten wir die Mikrowelle, den Ofen und 4 der 5 Herdplatten nicht benutzen. - Es gab keinen Grill, womit geworben wurde, anscheinend ist er schon eine Weile weg, Info von Gabi Miguel (einer der Hauptgründe, warum wir diese Villa gemietet haben, war, dass es einen Grill gab, großer Mist). - Die Betten und Handtücher hätten während unseres Aufenthaltes gewechselt werden sollen, was aber nicht der Fall war. - Das Wartungsteam für den Pool und den Garten kam unangemeldet, es wäre toll gewesen, vorher Bescheid zu wissen. - Der allgemeine Sauberkeitsgrad der Villa war zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes ziemlich schlecht, Staub und Schmutz lagen auf dem Grundstück in den Schlafzimmern. - Viele Lichtpunkte waren noch nicht fertig, die Klemmenblöcke hingen an den Kabeln von der Decke. Insgesamt würden wir diese Villa überhaupt nicht empfehlen! Wir würden gerne eine große Rückerstattung für unseren Aufenthalt erhalten, da er überhaupt nicht wie angekündigt war.

Hallo, haben aktuell die Villa Lambertus gemietet. An dem Haus sind uns folgende Mängel aufgefallen: - Küche: Wasserhahn spritzt in allen Richtungen und Wasser läuft auf die Arbeitsplatte aus. - Die beiden silbernen Kühlschränke gehen sehr häufig in Alarm und piepen ( auch in der Nacht ) kühlen auch nicht richtig. - Die Schubladen und Schränke sind nicht gereinigt worden und dreckig. - Teller, Tassen und Gläser sind nicht in ausreichender Menge ( 8 Personen) vorhanden. - Bei beide Badezimmern oben und unten sind die Schlösser für die Tür defekt und lassen sich nich schließen. Oden:Türklinke geht ab. - Schlafzimmer unten recht Deckenleuchte defekt. - Und sämtliche Zimmer sind in den Ecken nicht sauber!!! - Wohnzimmer Deckenleuchte defekt. - Pool: Mosaiksteine lösen sich und sind dadurch scharfkantig. Kein Netz zum säubern vorhanden. Grill Auffangschale ist durchgerostet und hält dadurch nicht die Glüt im Grill. Diesbezügliche würden wir uns über eine Rückmeldung freuen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Mike
