Casa Albatroz is a fully renovated Algarve house, located in the upper part of Albufeira's town centre, ideal for families or groups seeking a comfortable and practical stay, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and the city's main attractions.



The living and dining room offers a welcoming and functional environment, ideal for moments of rest and socialising.



The house has three bedrooms with double beds, one of them en suite, and a guest bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering all the necessary conditions to prepare meals with comfort and autonomy.



Outside, the rooftop has a pleasant outdoor dining area and a jacuzzi (additional cost), providing the perfect space to relax whilst enjoying views over the city and Praia dos Pescadores.



Its excellent location allows you to easily reach on foot the historic centre, the beaches and the vast range of restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment that make Albufeira one of the most sought-after destinations in the Algarve.



The property is equipped with a modern security alarm system. Image capture is an integrated functionality of the alarm system and is only activated if the alarm is switched on and triggered in response to a possible intrusion.



The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, so we can confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, food baskets (additional cost) can be booked in advance.



The jacuzzi provides an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquillity and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Hiring a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. However, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €3000 per group, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 6 guests.

From the 7th to the 8th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.



In accordance with current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
