Family ground floor sth faceing garden apartment with unobstructed views
- Modern apartment ideal for family rent. Situated on a raised, south facing site, with nice front garden. Typical Algarvian beaches located nearby. There are 4 outdoor swimming pools (one heated) onsite and 4 cafes/bars + 2 restaurants on the complex. All the comforts of home and more at the apartment. If you don't feel like going out, the property is ideal for sunbathers, as it has an ideal ground floor patio & garden with sun all day. For those familiar with the club, the blue house (Casa Azuil) is now open as an an Italian restaurant with outdoor pool area. The apartment has a modern smart 49" flat screen T.V. where you can connect to Netflix, stream off a phone/computer or connect an exterior hard drive and enjoy your own viewing. Cable T.V. is installed with numerous English films and series'. A big bonus is that high speed internet is supplied free of any charges. A new city tax now applies to all guests over 12 . Tax is 2 euro per day for a maximum 7 days collectable on arrival
