Villa Hawai is a charming 5-bedroom holiday home (capacity for 10 + 2 people), located in Vale Pedras, Albufeira, in a privileged position.



With a large private pool and spacious garden, the villa is a short distance from the center of Albufeira, where you can enjoy various shops, bars, and restaurants. It is the ideal choice for families and groups of friends seeking peaceful and pleasant holidays.



On the ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, both with private bathroom and shower cabin. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has 2 single beds. This floor also includes a service bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining room and living room, both with direct access to the outdoor area, offer a welcoming environment to relax and enjoy the comfort of the house. The outdoor area features a pool, barbecue, and dining table for outdoor meals.



On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and private bathroom, and two bedrooms with single beds, one of which also has a private bathroom. There is also an additional bathroom with a bathtub.



The villa offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in four bedrooms and the living room. Praia dos Pescadores is 2.8 km away, and golf courses are just a 5-minute drive, ensuring the perfect combination of relaxation and activities.



No car rental is necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the reservation to confirm if your dates can be accepted.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation handling, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices up to 10 people.

The 11th and 12th people will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
