Villa Paradisius is an elegant villa in Montechoro, Albufeira, with 3 bedrooms and capacity for 8+2 guests. Located in a quiet area yet close to bars, restaurants, and amenities, this holiday home offers a private pool, jacuzzi (optional extra), and a modern and comfortable atmosphere.



Spread over two floors, the villa has 3 bedrooms on the first floor: one double en-suite bedroom, one twin bedroom, and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds (for 4 people), as well as a separate bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a third bathroom with a shower, along with a spacious open-plan living and dining area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and essential utensils.



The outdoor area is the main highlight, featuring a private heated pool (optional extra), modern decks, and a jacuzzi for relaxation. There are also sun loungers to enjoy the sun, a barbecue for outdoor meals, and table tennis and billiards tables for entertainment.



The villa offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the bedrooms and living areas.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi offers an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.





Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

However, it is possible to accept 2 more guests, who will be accommodated on additional beds.
