The apartment is located in the Old Town in Albufeira just 7 minute walk from the famous Fisherman´s Beach in Albufeira Old Town.

Quiet and peaceful, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.
The apartment benefits from its own central location in the historic Old Town in Albufeira and just a 5 minute walk to the Beach.

Leading from the living room is a balcony, furnished with a table and chairs. With two double bedroom and one sofa-bed, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Description Details

LOUNGE

Lounge,with 1 ample sofa bed which converts to one double bed for extra sleeping, dining table and 4 chairs, flat screen LCD television, air conditioning unit for cooling and heating, patio doors to balcony.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units.

SLEEPING

The sleeping arrangements provided are 2 bedroom with a double bed and a queen size bed and sofa bed in the lounge for an extra sleep.

ENTERTAINMENT

The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television, Internet Access WiFi (free).

BATHROOM

The bathroom has overhead shower, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hairdryer sockets, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.

BEDROOM

The bedroom has 1 double bed and a queen size bed, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning unit for cooling and heating, electric shutter for window, patio doors to balcony, security safe.

BALCONY

2 chairs, 1 table and clothes airer.

wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und er hat uns alles kurz gezeigt und erklärt (zb auch wegen dem WLan etc.) Das Appartement ist wirklich empfehlenswert, es fehlte eig. an nichts. Einzig das Bett war nicht so gut, leider etwas unbequem. Von der Lage her ist es super gelegen, zu Fuss ist man in ein paar Minuten im Städtchen Albufeira und am Strand. Wir hatten noch ein Auto gemietet und zum Appartement gehörte auch ein Garagenplatz (ein schön grosser Parkplatz! :) ) Wir würden es wieder buchen! :)
