Apartment 'Areias Do Mar'

Areias do Mar welcomes you to Albufeira, a charming coastal destination in the Algarve. This 70 m² apartment accommodates up to 6 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fan, and no air conditioning. Bedroom 2 is a suite with 2 double beds, fan, and also no air conditioning. The living room offers a sofa, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a lovely dining table, and a beautiful balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential utensils and appliances. Bed linen and bath towels are included.



The building features a shared pool, ideal for cooling off on hot days.



Pets, parties, and events are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Please avoid making noise that could disturb other residents, and do not exceed the maximum number of guests. Keep the apartment in good condition for the cleaning team. Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am.



The apartment is on the first floor, accessible only by stairs (no elevator). Cleaning service during your stay is available for an extra fee. The property is less than a 5-minute walk from the famous Oura Strip, with many shops, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. Oura Beach and Forte de São João Beach are both just a few minutes’ walk in opposite directions, offering golden sands and crystal-clear waters. Nearby, you can also visit Albufeira’s historic center, Pau da Bandeira viewpoint, Santa Eulália Beach, and Maria Luísa Beach. There are several restaurants on the street. Besides the beaches, Albufeira offers boat trips, cave tours, water sports, amusement parks, and hiking trails.
