Localização e condomínio Fantástico

A localização do condomínio é fantástica! E o apartamento dentro do condomínio está também muito bem situado, mesmo em frente à piscina. A casa tem boas condições, a Internet e Ares condicionados a funcionar perfeitamente. Achamos as camas um pouco desconfortáveis e as paredes da casa com várias rachadelas a precisar de obras. Mas também nos apercebemos que é um problema comum a vários apartamentos do condomínio. Tirando isso, tudo ótimo!

Location idéal à Guia

La location est très bien située, proche de la belle et grande plage de Galé, commerce à proximité a pied qui était très pratique. La maison était très propre et nous avons était très bien accueilli a l’heure prévue. Nous avons apprécié le garage au sous sol et accès direct à la location. Nous avons aimé nos vacances dans cette maison dans la belle région de l’algarve que nous aimons venir souvent.

Très bon séjour en famille.

Très bon sejour dans une résidence où il fait bon vivre. Appartement bien placé et bien équipé. Agréable pour séjour avec des enfants. Dommage l'air de jeux était fermé. On espère retrouvé éventuellement l'année prochaine cette même ambiance entre voisins.

Encosta sao Jose vale de parra

A well equipped apt good position but all cleaning equipment left in kitchen mops and buckets and sweeping brush etc had to put them outside to have room don’t know why the apt had two TVs next to each other ? Broken lamp in main bedroom very sharp glass edge dangerous for children the manager never turned up at our 4 pm meeting time then one hour and twenty minutes later a friend of the managers turned up with key gave us them and then went before we even opened up the apt it would have been no good for her to stay as she spoke no English but thought the manager would have called in later that week to see if all was ok but stayed for three weeks and never saw any one had to use the same towels for 3 weeks very poor management but we had a nice time thanks David and Marilyn

Eine tolle Wohnung für vier Personen in einer gepflegten Anlage in guter Lage zu fairem Preis

Wir haben zwei Wochen als Familie mit zwei Teenager einen wunderschönen Urlaub an der algarve verbracht. Die Wohnung hat ihren Teil zu einem gelungenen Urlaub beigetragen. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert,alles sauber und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich und unkompliziert. Danke an serge und juliana. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Anlage ist gut besucht,so dass der Pool manchmal ziemlich voll war. Als einzigen Kritikpunkt kann ich nur ein paar wenige Urlauber anführen,die sich nicht an die Regeln gehalten haben und den Pool noch nach Mitternacht genutzt haben. Die Lage ist toll. Innerhalb weniger Minuten erreicht man wunderschöne Buchten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt's auch fußläufig,allerdings ist das preiswerte Aldi und Lidl in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Albufeira ist ebenfalls nicht weit weg und lädt zu ein Bummel am Abend ein. Ein Auto sollte vorhanden sein (Tiefgaragenplatz ist dabei) . Die Wohnung und die algarve ist sehr zu empfehlen

The apartment had everything needed (no dishwasher) and was very good. We loved the complex and the apartment was in 5* position. There is a supermarket close by and bread shop plus cafes bars restaurants. It would be easy to holiday here without the need for a car if you prefer pool to beach. W
