Villa Royal Sandals is a wonderful traditional villa, with a large swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) and a charming garden, situated in a tranquil area near Santa Eulália. Located a short distance from all amenities, including restaurants, bars, shops and beach, this excellent villa is perfectly located to make the most of your holidays in Albufeira with family or friends.



This property has 3 bedrooms with single beds and 1 double room (couple), accommodating 8 + 2 people, in addition to 3 bathrooms. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a living and dining room.



The doors of the room allow access to the charming garden and swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra), where you can relax in the sun and enjoy outdoor meals, prepared on the barbecue.



Villa Royal Sandals is located on a quiet street in the lively area of Santa Eulália. Ideal for family groups or friends, it is a short walk from all nearby amenities, including a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The beach (Santa Eulália) is about 15 minutes walking (5 minutes by car), as well as the Albufeira Strip. The Old Town is just 8 minutes by car.



It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 250 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.



Price for up to 8 persons

From the 9th to the 10th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only € 98 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only € 21 each, per week)

Perfect Location

The property was located superbly, 5 minute walk to the strip and 2 minutes from nearest supermarket and 10 minutes from the beach. Cabs very easy to get they come with minutes. The property itself was clean and spacious.

Perfect stay

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation offered plenty of space, was well-maintained, and communication with the management was excellent. The only downside was that the house was advertised as suitable for 10 people, but the bed for the tenth person was not usable. Despite this minor inconvenience, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will cherish the beautiful memories of this vacation.

Very good location, pretty handy to strip and only a short uber ride to the old town (approx 4 euros). Communication was very promt and vrlery helpful anytime we had to make contact. Enjoyed our week away. 😊

Albufiera villa

Villa was spacious. Amenities were tired and in need of upgrading. Adequate for six of us Beds were uncomfortable. Swimming pool wasn’t heated as requested due to heat pump failure before we arrived.Didn’t get repaired until the day before we left. All in all we had fun as a group but not overly impressed with the accommodation

Super semaine. Maison très agréable et nous avons apprécié que la piscine soit chauffée ( vacances du 17 au 24/04/2023). On est arrivés tard dans la nuit, les clés étaient dans la boîte à clés. La villa est bien placée par rapport au commerce. Sandra est très gentille et professionnelle. Des soirées sympas autour du billard ( il n’y a pas de table de Ping Pong comme sur les photos). Si vous prenez la sortie en mer, bien préciser que le guide doit parler français, le nôtre parlait anglais et nous non 😂. Nous recommandons cette maison Mireille et Maurice

Everything in this fantastic villa was in accordance with the description. The pictures do not do the villa justice. Corcovado had absolutely everything you would ever need for great holidays in the Algarve. All of us want to back as soon as possible!

When we arrived everything was ready for us and as described. We had a fantastic week. The villa, gardens and facilities are well kept and the swimming pool and patio area was fantastic. We used the BBQ nearly every night and had a lovely family time.

Great Villa in a great location!

We were a group of 6 adults to celebrate a birthday, the villa itself is bright and spacious, well equipped and comfortable. beds were comfortable. The outdoor area is great, pool was clean, lovely and heated. Highly recommended and great value for money.
