ALBUFEIRA TWINS 2 WITH POOL by HOMING

Modern apartment with pool in Albufeira, very well located just 450m from a supermarket, 700m from the famous The Stripe, where several bars and restaurants are concentrated and 1km from the beach. It is the ideal place for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy the wonderful Algarve day and night.

With 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people, it also has a balcony where you can enjoy the great climate of the region. The condominium also has an elevator, a children's area and there is parking on the outskirts of the building (no reserved space).

It is fully equipped and well decorated, including air conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the accommodation, washing machine and dishwasher, and all linen and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel and toilet paper.

The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in, which must be done from 3:30 pm. At the time you must inform us of your arrival time.

Key collection will be made at our Welcome Center in Albufeira, where you can also leave your luggage on the day of your check-in or check-out, if necessary.

Please note that between 7:00 pm and 2:00 am late check-in is considered and is carried out directly at the apartment and has the following additional costs:
- €30 from 19:00 to 00:00
- €50 from 00:00 to 02:00

Upon check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that you pay attention to your belongings when checking out, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.

We also offer a personalized transfer service that can take you from the airport to the accommodation (price and availability upon request).
