ALBUFEIRA MODERN 1 WITH POOL by HOMING

Beautiful apartment with pool in Albufeira, located in the central area, just 450m from a supermarket and 700m from the famous The Strip, where several bars and restaurants are concentrated. It is the ideal place for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy the wonderful Algarve day and night.

With 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people, it has a spacious balcony where you can dine enjoying the great climate of the region. The building also has an elevator and there is public parking in front of the building (no reserved space).

It is fully equipped and well decorated, including air conditioning throughout the accommodation, and all linen and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel and toilet paper.

The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then respond to us with your expected arrival time. Check-in takes place directly at the accommodation from 3:30 pm, but please note that late check-in has the following costs:
- From 7pm to midnight = €30 Euros
- From midnight = €50 Euros

Upon check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that you pay attention to your belongings when checking out, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.

We also offer a personalized transfer service that can take you from the airport to the accommodation (price and availability upon request).

Stay Away!!!

Homing group (Bruno and Tony) was a nightmare to deal with. I felt they were rude and disrespectful towards me as a woman. I had no heat! They still insist that I did! No orientation on how any of the foreign appliances, tv, door security, safe etc worked. And when I asked for help they sent a person who did not speak a word of English. Extremely uncomfortable mattress. Worn out furniture in the living room and dining room. Burnt out light bulbs. Dirty throw pillows. No anti slip mat for the tub. Broken garbage can in kitchen. Oven did not work for a time. Very bare essentials throughout that felt like someone’s left overs. Not one picture on a wall. Stay away from this apartment!

Stay in early June

The apartment is nice and Is located in a quiet area close to the main bars street. The apartment is big, the areas are generous. The property manager was very friendly via WhatsApp mostly. The apartment was poorly cleaned. There were clouds of dust behind the beds and the outside balcony that is very nice, was also dirty. The dishwasher did not work, and neither did the electric kettle. Some of the items in the kitchen had dents. The property manager got 2 technicians to the property but the dishwasher needed a board replacement, and so no dishwasher for us. However the main problem in that the electric mais breaker is not enough for the apartment. If we use the oven all goes down. Same thing using the clothes washer. This is a joke. It’s like getting a Volvo with used bicicle tires. So, if you don’t plan to cook or wash things during your stay, I guess you will be all right. Otherwise….
