Located in the countryside, very quiet just 4.5kms from the beach and the city center, it is the ideal place to spend a great family holiday. Consisting of 3 bedrooms, two of them with tv, air conditioning, two bathrooms, one with bathtub and another with shower, equipped kitchen, large living room, outdoor area with lawn and BBQ, the 3 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The rental includes bed and bath linen. Nice seating area in the garden to enjoy a restful holiday and great for those with children as you can be rested while playing.

Sehr gut

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Das Haus sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Außenanlage gepflegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Umliegend aus sehr schöne Strände. Wer Lust auf Party hat ist in Albufeira ein tollt Partymeile aber auch tolle Restaurants am Strand für Leute die es etwas ruhiger wollen. Quarteira hat auch einiges zu bieten wie z.B. die beeindruckende Strandpromenade mit vielen Restaurants Bars Shoppingshops ect. Alles in allem war es sehr schöner Urlaub, auch unser Hund Dasty hat sich wohlgefühlt. Danke dass wir ihn mitbringen durften.

"Nossa Casa"

À semelhança dos 2 anos em que passamos uma semana de férias na casa, a casa continua a parecer nova :) A limpeza é espetacular, parece que estamos na nossa casa... A casa é muito prática, sossegada e muito bem decorada. Voltaremos com certeza.

Madame Andréia Verissimo a été très accueillante et très aimable; Elle est même venue nous "récupérer" alors que notre GPS (Tom Tom) ne trouvait pas la destination indiquée !!! La maison (très coquette) reflète exactement ce qui nous avait été montré sur Internet. Seul bémol, et c'est bien dommage, qui n'était pas indiqué sur le site : La présence de la nationale à proximité qui est vraiment très fréquentée et très pénible, le soir en particulier si l'on veut manger ( barbecue) ou se détendre sur la terrasse . A noter, la présence , également, de la voie ferrée, ( qui jouxte la nationale) n'est pas vraiment dérangeante, vu le peu de trains qui circulent. Patrick.

"Altamente recomendable"

La casa es perfecta, muy cómoda muy limpia y no le faltaba de nada.En un entorno tranquilo y agradable cercano a las principales zonas turisticas .Andreia ,la dueña muy simpática y atenta , hemos tenido un incidente con el aire acondicionado en una habitación y la resolución fue inmediata. Sin duda para repetir.

Très jolie maison

Très jolie maison, très confortable, spacieuse, sans voisinage proche, dans une zone agricole, bien placée pour visiter la région d'Albufeira. La maison est en tout point celle qui apparait sur les photos. Elle est très propre, très agréable. Juste une petite remarque : dans la description (7/2017), elle n'est pas tout à fait bien placée sur la carte Google Map. Elle est en réalité à 40 m de la voie ferrée (assez peu de traffic, mais quelques trains de nuit très bruyants) et à 80m de la très passante N125, en vue directe de la terrasse nord (pelouse, barbecue). Le bruit n'est pas très important la journée, mais est plus génant en soirée et la nuit (nous avons préféré dormir fenêtres fermées). Nous avons aussi préféré la terrasse côté sud, où le bruit est largement atténué. A cette remarque près, nous avons été tout à fait satisfaits de notre séjour dans cette maison. Un grand merci à Andreia.

Urlaub ohne Hektik

Konfortables und ruhig gelegenes Haus, abseits der touristischen Pfade, aber nur 10 Minuten zum Strand an der Praia de Falesia. Für größere Famlien geeignet. Wir waren nur zu zweit auf diesem Grundstück und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr heiss (bis 40 Grad im Schatten!) und somit war natürlich die vorhandene Klimaanlage in Betrieb (3 Stück sind vorhanden). Übergabe und Abreise waren unproblematisch und freundlich.

Esta casa é moderna, bastante ampla, excelente para se passar umas férias descansadas em família ou com amigos. Tem um pequeno jardim com uma churrasqueira que fizeram as delícias dos mais pequenos e graúdos. A 10 minutos da praia (a praia dos Tomates é excelente, com parque privativo, um bar...), mais afastada da confusão, o que é ótimo. Os donos foram desde sempre muito prestáveis e atenciosos. A repetir, sem dúvida!

Séjour confortable et au calme

La maison est grande est bien équipée. L'arrière cour partiellement couverte avec le barbecue et le petit coin de pelouse est bien agréable en soirée. Le coin est calme et reposant, un peu en retrait de l'effervescence d'Albufeira. C'est un peu la campagne tout près de la ville, qui est toute proche (3km), de même que la mer et notamment la superbe praia Falesia. Elle est idéalement placée, au centre de l'Algarve pour visiter toute la région. De plus Andréia est très gentille et à l'écoute. Je recommande cette maison pour les familles qui souhaitent résider au calme, tout en étant à proximité des points d'intérêt.
