"Justin communicated well and was reachable by phone very quickly. We had one small issue with the water, which was quickly taken care of in less than an hour. One thing I will mention for future renters, not enough seating in the living room. The couch was small and uncomfortable, and the other available seating options were single chairs. The room only fit 4 people. Other than that small note, great property!"

"Great house. Close to local activities. House was clean but could use a spring cleaning (dust, etc). Hot tub and pool table were fun. Very close to beach. We were told parking passes were required and never delivered, even after multiple requests - which denied us access to use the trash dumpster. Also, halfway through the stay the thermostat was locked and we could not control the temperature of the house. "
