Staff was very helpful and friendly, always assisted in anything we needed help with. Breakfast options were limited but given that this is a 2 star hotel I think was good. The room was okay, we didn't stay there for long as we were out for most part of the days, however the shower was mouldy but the water pressure was good. The towels that were in the room when we checked in were clean, the ones we got after that were not, but again, after notifying the staff they were happy to change them. Overall we had a good stay and I would recommend this hotel to everyone who just wants a place to stay with a quick breakfast for a good price.

The great thing about the hotel it’s the location, 2 mins from the beach and the rooms are clean, except the windows. Bad things: the attitude of the girls at the reception; the room has air conditioner but not working, so good luck with that. Breakfast was included but very poor options.. and we wanted to borrow a spoon in the afternoon and been told the area for breakfast is separate from the rest of the hotel so they coudnt help, also bare in mind I think it’s a campus for students on some floors, so expect noise. Pool available but no towels provided

Hotel close to the beach. Breakfast was really good. Nice staff. Bed was not comfortable. The mattress was caving in which was not good for my back. With the heat, staff didn't provide a fresh shower towel.

Clean, functional, location, convenient to the tennis academy (reason for being in Valencia, beach and publc transport). Caters to 18 - early 30s population, with a dorm like recreation area on the mezzanine. Despite having sunny days in the high teens and low 20s, the pool remained closed. Rooms are equipped with small induction hubs, microwaves and refrigerators so you can prepare meals in your room if desired. The cleaning team were quick, effective and welcoming. Just needed to request they change the pillow case and sheets after few days. The front desk team were civil at best. Good location for those after a clean, functional location on a budget

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the room had a strong sewage/drain smell. I immediately reported this to reception and requested a room change, but this was refused. Instead, I was told that a cleaner would attend the room. The cleaner was friendly and professional and changed the bedding in front of us, but she was unable to address the underlying issue. A chemical product was used which appeared to mask the sewage smell rather than resolve it. The air-conditioning was also ineffective at cooling the room and dust/debris fell from the unit onto the bed, which raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. In addition, there were visible maintenance issues in the room and bathroom, including signs of damp/mould and damaged skirting boards. What disappointed me most was the response when I first reported the problem. Rather than being offered an alternative room, my concerns were initially dismissed and I was left dealing with room issues from the very start of the stay. This negatively affected my enjoyment of the holiday. The location was good and the cleaner who attended the room was polite and helpful, but the overall standard of the room and the handling of the complaint were not what I would expect.

The room was basic but that was reflected in the price. The room had some damp in it and smelt damp. The shower was also mouldy. I personally wouldn't stay again, I think I'd pay extra for something cleaner.

The hotel is in a great location, next to the beach and restaurants. The rooms are very small but clean. I would only stay here for 2 nights max and at a good price rate. The staff are great!

Worst night of sleep in my life. Very stuffy rooms. You can hear everything in the halls. You are better off staying near the center of town, and taking a cab to the beach. It’s not worth staying here for its proximity to the beach alone.

- Tiny double bed - Be warned - you will not be able to use the pool before you check in, first hotel to every not let me. This sucks if you arrive early and want somewhere to crash - weird pool opening hours - thin walls - hear everything
