This apartment is on the ground floor, with direct access to the promenade and beach from the balcony.

Fantastic stay….location, location, location. Great property in a beautiful setting. Incredibly helpful owner and easy check in process. Having the option of the pool is fantastic and if you go when it opens you pretty much have it to yourself.

We had a great stay here. Jose was really helpful and the apartment was perfect size for 5 of us. The sofa bed was very comfortable and the sea was so handy and warm. We went into Valencia by bus several times and the service is great (euro 1.45 each way). There is a great restaurant in the place and others nearby

Breakfasts on porch watching sunrise over sea. Hour long walks on beach watching local fisherman. Many restaurants and El Compo within 10 min walk. Easy 15 mi. Drive to city center. Great sleep.

Wir hatten eine phantastische Woche und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Kontakt war sehr unkompliziert,- Vermieter hat sich auf Fragen immer sofort gemeldet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit der idealen Lage in vorderster Reihe - einfach ein Traum. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

De locatie is erg mooi, we konden zo de zee in lopen vanaf ons terras. Verder was het voor ons iets te rustig. Niet veel restaurantjes in de buurt, geen supermarkt in de buurt, geen leuke winkeltjes. Met een auto is het ideaal hier.

Mooi en keurig ingericht appartement direct aan het strand van Port Saplaya. Een gratis zwembad en ook een communal pool met sunbeds /parasol in de buurt. Vlakbij Valencia dat zeer goed te bereiken is.

tout est parfait. Le proprio est génial, très présent et disponible. Le seul commentaire négatif que nous ferons est au sujet du bruit. Il y a au dessus une affreuse famille qui ne sait pas ce que veut dire le mot respect.

Mooi gelegen aan het strand en geen drukke straat met auto's. Mooi voor mensen die graag eventueel met kinderen in het appartement rustig willen verblijven. Alles is in de keuken aanwezig. Oven, magnetron, 4 pits elektrische kookplaat, broodrooster, waterkoker, wasmachine, droger, allerlei keukengerei. In feite ligt alles er wat je thuis ook hebt. Handdoeken waren er, 2 wc. Grote supermarkt met normale prijzen is in de buurt. Het lopen door klein Venetië met allemaal boten en mooie gekleurde appartementen was erg leuk. Je bent met een uur lopen bij het strand van Venetië en de haven daar. Met de fiets is dat een klein half uur. Wij hadden een auto gehuurd en reden naar valencia en zetten hem in een betaalvrije zone voor het park wat tegen de droog gelegde rivier de Turia ligt. Vandaar loop je zo de stad in.

Wir haben mit unserer Familie mit zwei Kindern hier 10 Tage verbracht. Das Appartement ist von der Ausstattung und Möbeln her ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Zu beachten ist, dass das Doppelbett nur 140cm breit ist, daher recht eng ist und sich daher nicht besonders gut für größere Menschen eignet. Aufgrund der zu engen Betten hatten wir leider schlecht schlafen. Das Appartement befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, die beiden Schlafzimmer gehen in den hinteren schmalen Hof hinaus und sind sehr dunkel bzw. hat man keinen Ausblick, sondern blickt direkt auf eine ca. 3 Meter entfernte Hauswand. Es hallt sehr in diesem kl. Durchgangsinnenhof, so dass man bereits früh die Menschen kommen & gehen/sprechen hört als würden sie direkt neben dem Bett stehen. Zudem gab es an der Fassade an Vorderseite des Hauses nebenan eine Baustelle während unseres Aufenthaltes, die von 8.00-19.00 permanent Lärm machte und uns dadurch sehr störte. An einem Tag ist der komplette Strom in der Wohnung samt Internet ausgefallen und in der Küche wurde in den letzten beiden Tagen auch noch das Abflussrohr undicht. Auf unserem Nachhauseweg zählte ich einige Bemängelungen dem Vermieter auf, um ihn in Kenntnis zu setzen. Auf meine Bemerkung hin, dass die Bettwäsche, die in der Wohnung bezogen wurde alt, voller Fusseln und daher lieber umgetauscht werden sollte, antwortete mir der Vermieter, das wir hätten andere Bettwäsche beziehen können. Alles in einem kein erholsamer Aufenthalt, daher würden wir dieses Appartement nicht weiterempfehlen. Schließlich fährt man nicht in Urlaub, um Reparaturen an der Wohnung zu kommunizieren/ seine Zeit damit zu verbringen Gründe für die Defekte in der Wohnung zu suchen/ auf Handwerker zu warten etc.. Aufgrund des permanenten Lärms sollte es eigentlich eine Mietminderung geben, da es der Erholung erheblich geschadet hat. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage in der Wohnung. Der Ort Port Saplaya an sich, ist eigentlich hübsch und an sich recht entspannt. In einer anderen Unterkunft wäre es bestimmt ein schöner Aufenthalt geworden.

Een prachtig appartement met een prachtig uitzicht op zee. Alle voorzieningen op loopafstand. De zee, restaurants, supermarkt, bus en taxi standplaats. Het was erg schoon en heerlijk rustig. Er komt geen verkeer langs want je zit aan een doodlopende straat. Nadeel is eigenlijk dat je er nooit meer weg wilt.

Jose’s apartment is perfect. We were met by a lovely lady called Grego who showed us around the apartment and told us where everything was. Jose was very helpful with any information that we needed. The view from the apartment is just gorgeous and the apartment itself has everything you need and more for a lovely relaxing stay. There’s plenty of restaurants near by and a huge supermarket within 10 minutes walk. Plus a bus and taxi rank if you fancy heading into the city. This was a perfect week away for us with a mixture of city site seeing and lazy beach days

Fijn appartement, met de luxe van 2 badkamers. Leuk terras echt vlakbij de zee 😊. Heel fijne omgeving, Port saplaya is gezellig om rond te wandelen. Snelle reactie van de verhuurder en heel vriendelijke ontvangst door Grego. Raam en poortje aan terras zijn al wat ouder waardoor het even proberen was om ze goed te kunnen openen en sluiten. Maar het lukt wel. Wij namen een taxi naar Valencia, voor geen €12 ben je in het centrum. Ideaal als combinatie citytrip en strand.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut. Den Blick direkt vom Wohnzimmertisch oder Terrasse direkt auf dem Strand beziehungsweise diese herrlichen Sonnenaufgänge haben wir sehr genossen. Wohnung war sauber, zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei getrennte Badezimmer waren auch sehr gut. Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine und Trockner hat uns erlaubt weniger Kleidung mitzunehmen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit einem riesigen Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe, Restaurants buchstäblich in 10 m Entfernung. Für uns waren die Betten etwas zu hart aber das ist persönliches Empfinden und beeinträchtigt unsere Meinung von der Wohnung nicht. Check in und Check out sowie die gesamte Kommunikation verlief immer reibungslos. Wir können die Wohnung und den Vermieter wärmstens empfehlen!

The property is better than the pictures, the location is amazing. We watched the sunrise most mornings on the veranda. Port Saplaya is a great place to relax ,close by are coffee shops and restaurants. Jose recommend a restaurant in the port and we enjoyed the best wet Paella . Heerlijk app op de begane grond. Je loopt zo de wandelpromenade op met direct daarachter het strand. Zeer uitgebreide uitrusting met zelfs strandstoelen, parasols etc. Fijne omgeving ook en je bent zo in Valencia. Tip: neem een huurauto; zat te zien in de omgeving ook zoals bijv. Peniscola en de natuurbronnen in Montajenes.

Séjour d'hiver très agréable, sur la plage en bord de mer, dans un charmant petit port de plaisance, commerces essentiels, transports réguliers vers Valencia (6 km) et taxis. Météo en général très clémente, un peu venteuse. Appartement excellent état, tout équipé, avec terrasse sur la mer. Nous reviendrons.
