The property was well maintained. "First of all, there is no one in the lobby and you have to speak to someone through a camera and receive your keys to your room through a machine. I went to lay on my bed, and there was a cockroach on my pillow that was alive.. the person in the lobby that we finally did speak with had an attitude and made it seem like it was our fault there was a cockroach in the room. You shouldn’t have to request your keys and help through text or video call.. amenities??? The cleaning lady was friendly."
