The house consists of a completely refurbished independent kitchen, a spacious living room of more than 25 m², cosy and bright, as well as a comfortable bedroom equipped with a queen size bed of 160 x 200 cm. In the living room, a new sofa bed. The house can accommodate up to 4 people in a warm and pleasant atmosphere.
The bathroom has also been carefully renovated. You will find a beautiful walk-in shower as well as a magnificent mirror that brings charm and elegance to the space.
The real asset of this house, in addition to its ideal location, is its private interior courtyard of 70 m². You can enjoy peaceful moments, have your meals for two, with your family or with your children, or simply relax in the small summer lounge overlooking a tastefully landscaped dry garden. The whole offers a cosy, calm and warm atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle.
Parking is free around the house. There is no private space, but it is possible to park in the nearby streets.
From the house, you can discover Albi on foot very easily. The footbridge is about 8 minutes away, the Cordeliers cultural centre is 10 minutes away, the 11th century Pont Vieux is only 5 minutes away, and the city centre is 7 or 8 minutes away.
In other words, you arrive on Friday, you park your car, and you can enjoy the whole weekend in Albi without having to take it back.
