"Un grand ouahh en entrant dans l'appartement. Très propre, sobre, bien agencé ce logement est merveilleux. Il contient tout les équipements nécessaires. Notre séjour d'une durée de 3 nuits, nous a permis de découvrir la ville d'Albi. Celle-ci est extraordinaire. Il y fait bon vivre. Merci à Hélène ppur les petites attentions à notre arrivée qui s'est toujours souciée de nous aussi bien à notre arrivée qu'après notre départ. Nous reviendrons avec un plaisir immense. "

"The staff of this little hotel go out of their way to help their guests enjoy Albi as well as their stay at the hotel. The decor is whimsical and charmingly quirky, our room was small but convenient, comfortable and clean and had an Audrey Hepburn theme in the wall decorations! Breakfast was lovely (our croissants the best we've had at stays in three star hotels in France!), complete with diy fresh squeezed orange juice, home baked pastries, excellent baguette and jams, good coffee, cheese, sliced ham, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, etc. There is a pleasant little lounge area where we had a glass of wine. The building itself doesn't have an elevator and parking seemed to be "complicated" but both were irrelevant to us. It is located a short walk to the historic centre in a quiet side street of Albi. Les Pasteliers is what a small, homey, hospitable "boutique" hotel should be. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!"

"Ce séjour du ven. 21 août au mar. 25 août dans le logement de Philippe & Laurence, s'est très bien déroulé, tout correspondait à la description faite sur le site. Tout est fait pour que l'on soit autonome de l'arrivée au départ grâce au guide qui est fourni.Logement au calme, nous n'étions pas éloigné du centre historique 8mn en voiture.Bref nous avons passés un séjour agréable, avec tout le confort nécessaire, à refaire si l'occasion s'en présente."
