"This was one of the best equipped, best organized rentals I've stayed in. Everything was labeled, printed instructions were thorough, and I lacked for nothing for an extremely comfortable stay. It is also a very spacious studio. Communication with the host was great. The location was also perfect. The neighborhood offers tons of options for food shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, etc. "

It was exactly what one might expect if visiting family, but he's just a great host who treated us like family.The property was well-appointed, comfortable, and in a great location--about a five minute walk from the cool stores (Frock! Citizen Ruth!), bars, and restaurants of the Alberta Arts District. It's also close to Irvington, a historic neighborhood that's super fun for running.My friends and I are so grateful to Roy for a wonderful weekend!"

"The space is very nice, warm and inviting, and very comfortable with quality furnishings and decor, open and cozy at the same time.The host is very warm and friendly, and professional. Very good communicating with guests prior to arrival and during their stay, should they need anything.Highly recommended and we will definitely book again."

"I had an amazing experience at Cascada Spa and absolutely loved it. It was exactly what I was looking for, a place to truly get away and relax. We stayed here for our anniversary, and it was such a nice surprise to find a small gift waiting for us in the room. Everything is designed beautifully and feels very luxurious. The spa itself is incredible, and I especially loved that it wasn't crowded. The quiet policy in the sauna and jacuzzi area on the lower level makes it so peaceful and really allows you to fully unwind. It's such a pleasant place that I would come back anytime. I also loved that the room had a washer and dryer, and even a dishwasher, such a nice touch. The only downside is that there is no parking, so you have to find street parking in the neighborhood, which can be quite busy (I feel a little bad for the residents!). Definitely recommend this place!"
