Riverside Lodge - Luxury Two Bedroom With Hot Tub

  • Enjoy your holiday just 5 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of busy Wanaka. Everything you need for the perfect holiday is right here in a quiet relaxed atmosphere! Perfectly located close to numerous walking and biking tracks along the Clutha river and right next to the Albert Town hub of Pembroke Patisserie, The Albie Pub, Four Square supermarket and Henry’s Liquor. Wanaka is a short drive, 20 minute bike ride or $25 taxi fare.

    **A heatpump/air conditioning unit has been installed upstairs**

    The first floor has an open style lounge featuring comfortable furnishings, a large flat screen Smart tv with Freeview, gas fire and heatpump/air conditioner. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for holiday cooking. There is a small powder room/toilet near the entrance. Laundry facilities feature a combined washer/drier and laundry sink tucked away in a cupboard off the lounge.

    The lounge opens up to a private outdoor area with a hot tub, sitting area and bbq. Here you will also find a locked storage area for skis, boards and bikes with gated access along the side of the building.

    Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. A heatpump/air conditioning unit has been installed upstairs. The larger room as a king bed and the second room features two long singles which can zip up to form a king on request. Beds are new and high quality. We have installed an air conditioner upstairs for additional comfort in summer months.

The patisserie across the street and the private hot tub in the backyard, stole the show. Great unit with all the amenities needed for a travelling, ie...washing machine and family room fireplace Highly recommended.

Ready for Adventure

Stayed in Albert Town with my partner and we were really pleased with the convenience of the location. There is a small grocery store and restaurant across the way. Definitely try the fresh fruit ice cream at the Albie Takeaway! I would say that the house would feel cramped/too small with more than 2 people. Communication was prompt.

Wanaka stay

Great location - everything within 5-10 minutes drive. The space was nice, cozy, modern and clean. The only downside was that the attachment in the bathroom to hold the shampoo/soap fell off the first day, and there was a leak on the stairs when we turned on the ac upstairs. I had to use a bucket to prevent a puddle of water on the carpet.The jacuzzi was a nice bonus. We enjoyed having the patisserie across the parking lot for daily freshly baked pastries. We'd stay there again.
