The Schwabenhütte chalet / holiday house with sauna in the ski u. hiking area

Our Schwabenhütte is a new wooden chalet for 8-10 people directly in the skiing and hiking area. Ski directly from the front door!
It is in a quiet forest location with a view of the slopes and mountains.
Access by car is possible all year round directly to the house and the parking lot is in front of the house.

There is a barrel sauna in the garden just for you, all by yourself.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Living and dining room connect to the open kitchen.
From here you get to the large balcony.
The DG is equipped with 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with two single beds. The single beds are extendable and can be expanded to 2 additional sleeping options.
There is also another large bathroom with shower and toilet.
Access to the upper balcony is possible from 2 bedrooms.

The house is currently under construction. Completion in December 2019. Therefore, there are no pictures with furniture. The decor is new and the style is very cozy and modern.

Sehr schöne Hütte in ruhiger Lage

Sauber neue Hütte mit Schöner Küche in ruhiger Umgebung. Direkt in der Nähe ist ein kleines aber schönes Skigebiet. Man kann jedoch nicht mit den Skiern direkt von der Hütte starten.

Erholsamer Urlaub mit der Familie

Die Beschreibung für das Haus ist zutreffend. Zum einkaufen muss man ca.8km den Berg herunterfahren,bekommt im Sparmarkt aber alles.Die Lage war schön und das Haus sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden,wir waren mit 8Erwachsenen und einem Baby dort.Das Skigebiet und die Hütten konnte man gut zu Fuß erreichen, auch als nicht Skifahrer.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Wir waren in einer Gruppe mit sieben Erwachsenen in der schwabenhütte. Vorweg ,ich habe noch nie in so einer schönen Ferienwohnung bisher Urlaub gemacht. Das Haus war gemütlich und auch stilvoll eingerichtet es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, es war herrlich ruhig, die Nachbarschaft außenrum wahnsinnig freundlich. Das einzige was etwas negatives sein könnte ,je nachdem wie man es eben auslegt ist, man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto um von dort zum nächsten Lebensmittelladen zu kommen oder auch zu den nächsten Ausflugszielen (zb. Seen im Sommer). Im Winter ist man dafür schnell am Lift und Ruhe hat man auch. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt dort wunderbar und ich kann die schwabenhütte nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank dass wir dort so einen schönen Aufenthalt haben könnten.

Aktiv und Badeurlaub mit der Familie im August 2021

Mit der Familie meiner Schwester haben mein Mann und ich 14 Tage in der Schwabenhütte verbracht. Das Haus selber ist ein sehr schönes Holzhaus, mit viel Liebe ausgestattet und man findet alles was das Herz begehrt...von der Playstation für die Kinder/Herren und der Kuchenform/Mixer für die Damen in der Küche ;) Auch die Sauna war schön und bot für die Aufgüsse einige Düfte. Schade war, dass der "Gartenbereich", der leider sehr uneben ist, schon seit langem nicht gemäht wurde. Das Gras stand teilweise bis zur Wade. Die Holzmöbel, die dort stehen, sind optisch sehr schön, aber da der Untergrund nicht eingeebnet wurde stehen sie auch sehr wackelig und man sitz dauerhaft schief und unbequem. Dadurch haben wir die Außenanlage wenig genutzt, obwohl das Wetter dies zumindest in der zweiten Woche zugelassen hätte. Vielleicht könnte man das optimieren und den Garten begradigen, denn um in der Sonne zu frühstücken besteht ja nur die Möglichkeit im Garten, da der Balkon dauerhaft im Schatten ist. Auf der Hochrindl gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern sowie zum Einkehren. Das Radfahren ist leider nur auf der Straße erlaubt und nicht im "Waldgebiet". Zum Radeln haben wir die Räder ins Auto gepackt und sind zum Ossiachersee, Kloppeinersee und Weißensee gefahren und haben dort tolle Mountainbiketouren gemacht. Besonders toll war der letzte Ausflug nach Bad Kleinkirchheim mit der Auffahrt über die Franz Klammerunde auf die Kaiserburg und die 15km Abfahrt über den Flow Trail...sehr zu empfehlen!!! Ebenso zu empfehlen sind die Ragaschlucht & die Groppensteinschlucht im Mölltal, sowie die Tscheppaschlucht bei Ferlach. Man muss aber bereit sein auch einiges an Anfahrtzeit in Kauf zu nehmen um diese Aktivitäten machen zu können. Zum Baden empfehlen sich alle Seen, die im Umkreis von 20-50 Minuten Anfahrtszeit erreichbar sind...diese wurden von der Familie meiner Schwester ausreichend getestet. Wir können daher die Schwabenhütte als Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten empfehlen, wenn man bereit ist sein Auto oft und viel zu nutzen.

Eine tolle Woche in den Bergen

Die vorherige Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief sehr gut ab, war freundlich und schnell. Das Haus ist wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünschen kann. Der Garten hinter dem Haus ist leider noch nicht richtig angelegt und bedarf noch etwas Pflege. Das empfanden wir jedoch als nicht so schlimm. Die Sauna war toll und war auch gut mit Duftölen ausgestattet. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub.

Schnuckeliche Hütte mit guter Ausstattung

Wenn es einem nix ausmacht wirklich ab vom Schuß zu sein ist diese Hütte ideal. Nagelneu, echt gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Vor allem der Holzkamin hat es und angetan! :-) Alles war wie in der Ausschreibung beschrieben und vor Ort mit der Verwalterin lief alles reibungslos.

Ein toller Kurzurlaub

Wir waren für insgesamt 5 Tage in der Schwabenhütte, 3 Familien mit 2 Kleinkindern (2 Jahre und 4 Monate) Die Hütte war sehr liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Hütte ist komplett neu und nach modernen Standards gebaut. Wir hatten vorher etwas Angst, dass es für unsere kleinen zu kalt sein könnte. Dies war völlig unbegründet. Zentralheizung in jedem Raum, dazu Fußbodenheizung in den Bädern. Außerdem gibt es einen Holzofen, der zusätzlich für Wärme und eine angenehme Atmosphäre sorgt. Für den Großen gab es einen Kinderstuhl, die Kleine hat am liebsten vor dem Ofen auf dem Lammfell gelegen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können die Schwabenhütte uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
