I've stayed at this property dozens of times. It's the only place I stay in Albany. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is good. I look forward to my next stay here.

Checking in and out was easy. Room was clean except discovered a very large water bug in the middle of the night and couldn’t fall back to sleep after seeing it. Bed sheets are a bit rough compared to other linens I have had at other hotels.
