Albany Middleton Apartment is a very comfortable spacious homely apartment that is centrally located between the town center and the renowned Middleton Beach, which now has a protected netted swimming area and it is within walking distance to both or a short drive, where you can enjoy a variety ,restaurants, light meals, coffee & cake or a glass of wine on the beach front.

This apartment is on the ground floor ,is self contained with one separate Bedroom with only one queen bed which is suitable for couples and looks out onto its own lovely private garden and outdoor barbecue area, with off road parking at your front door.

There is a very large living /dining area with , and a well equipped bathroom off the main living area.
A new smart 49 inch digital TV DVD player & sound system & free WIFI and net flix is available
There is a self contained galley kitchen with large fridge microwave single stove burner, electric frypan, kettle, toaster & rice cooker, portable pyrolytic oven and many other kitchen utensils along with a hooded Ziggy barbecue
All linen is supplied along with a continental breakfast,; cereal, milk bread, , .tea, coffee, and various other condiments
The now famous fresh fish & chip take away or dine in, is a stone's thro away from your front door
There are great board walks and cycle ways up and around Mt Clarence and the harbor and to Emu Point, also great vantage points for whale watching and of course very close to the famous Anzac Centre on Mt Clarence
Shopping centers are close by for your convenience as there are many great restaurants to choose from and a pleasant drive to local wineries
Albany Golf Club and Middleton Beach bowling club are only a short distance away.
The Apartment is well equipped, has a reverse cycle air conditioner, extra heater in the bedroom, electric blanket , hair dryer, iron & ironing board supplied
This apartment is ideal for a couple , who are after a comfortable self contained spacious apartment and would like to be our special guests

Excellent location

Everything was just wonderful, it was clean, comfortable and I loved the decor - has everything you need, even a parking space for your car. The hosts provided a few simple extras that were a great treat after a long drive, milk to make a cuppa and some yummy biscuits. An added bonus is the lovely private garden you get to enjoy and watch the birds. Very easy access to the beach and to town; short drives. Thank you Jo and Peter.

The most beautiful stay

This house is just perfect and very comfortable for a couple to stay and explore Albany! The garden is so beautiful and relaxing and has some amazing plants! It was so good, that we already booked our next stay!

Great Location

This property was in a great location, close to town and Middleton Beach. The accommodation had absolutely everything you would need for a stay away from home, although I did miss not having a proper cooktop, it was wonderfully clean, very private and would definitely stay again.

Great accommodation

The accommodation was perfect for us as an elderly couple. Ground floor and no steps. Very comfortable and beautiful garden outlook. Would certainly stay again if possible.

Wonderful accomodation!

The property was lovely, clean and comfortable and the location was very central to everything. I thought there was a washing machine and dryer at the property but we found the local laundromat. Overall a great place to stay. Thank you Jo!

Thoughtfully appointed apartment complete with small items offering the home comforts. After a day spent exploring the southern coast and attractions of the history-filled town Middelton Apartment was the perfect retreat.

Albany heaven

So good to get back to Albany after a 20 year break. Jo's apartment is terrific. Very clean and comfortable and all the little extra treats are well appreciated. Highly recommended.

Fabulous retreat from which to enjoy the sights of Albany

A fabulous, warm and cosy apartment to in stay while we enjoyed the delights of Albany. The little apartment was beautifully presented, with lots of little touches including a lovely continental breakfast. The sun bathed front garden area was a great place to have breakfast while we contemplated the day's activities. This accomodation was surprisingly well stocked with all you might need. Eg bathroom items, shampoo, chocolate, cereals, milk, butter, bread. Very comfy bed & location handy to beach & town. Non intrusive host upstairs. Lovely garden.

Perfect

Everything was perfect. It has everything you could ever need. Rooms are spacious; water is hot and strong; breakfast supplies had a good variety; access was easy; no steps to negotiate so perfect for husband on crutches. I could go on and on as it was all positive - especially the chocolate and biscuits which were a lovely surprise.

Perfection

This little hidden Gem is the perfect spot to fully relax and unwind. Everything is so close. Beach 12 min walk city center 5 min drive, walking trails 5 min drive. The room is spacious and very comfortable and as a little treat you will find a bar of chocolate in the fridge. I would highly recommend this beautiful guest house to all my friends.

Superb

We have traveled to 6 continents and 50 countries. The only rentals we have had which rivaled this property for attention to every detail, cleanliness, and an immediate feeling of "home" were in the Austrian and Swiss Alps. They only surpassed this one due to their setting and regional ambiance. This owner has thought of everything for their guests' comfort. The fridge and kitchen were already stocked with more edibles and condiments than we've seen anywhere else. The bathroom was similarly stocked. Thank you Jo!
