We love Paperbark retreat. A fantastic location with lots of room and a comfy home away from home feeling.

Great house, good location, spacious with lots of room. However only enough cutlery for 8 but advertised as a 10 sleeper. Host non-responsive.

They double book our place. We checked in late, someone already checked in.
Giving us two beautiful places which we have to move around three places in 5 nights with 6 young children. The holiday could have been relax with one stay. New places have no garden which we hope they get garden times, its not children's friendly, more for couple of adults gathering. Kids try to play hiding seek indoor but underneath the bed are filthy.
Having to keep the place standard Cleanlyness before return the houses is too much for a short stay.
Regards all unexpected incidence, we also understand the lost and stress the host have to go through specially on public break, no break but neither of us 2 mums and dads.
Kindly regards

Two seperate lounge rooms. Board games and books to utilize. Bathrooms had large pump shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap which was handy. Beds comfortable and linen clean and pressed, although the pillows were terrible (choice of either one large very hard pillow or a very thin flat pancake pillow). Big kitchen with lots of appliances. Salt/pepper and tea bags/coffee pods provided. Kitchen cleanliness was terrible. Dirty dishes in drawers and cupboards, range hood filthy and dripping with fat, not enough dish washer tablets, no bin bag liners, not enough cutlery or crockery for the house. Had to buy rinse aid for dish washer and hand clean the filter before use (eek!) Property agent was immediately helpful and very supportive and provided us with a few things to help make our stay more enjoyable. If kitchen was cleaned properly, my rating would have been higher. Also, pegs left on the washing line meant they were brittle and snapped so that made it hard to hang out the washing with a few pegs. Lovely bird life in the tree across the road and a nice walk (50m) to waters edge near sailing club. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms to suit family. Also, bonus of a large lockup garage with auto control door.

The property was perfect. Amazing location, but even more amazing house. We have stayed in holiday houses all over Australia, and this one was the biggest and best.
