"The hotel was in a great location to stay while I had a family member in the hospital across the street. It wasn't super busy and the front desk staff was great about letting us check in about an hour early and getting extra coffee pods and a toothbrush that was forgotten at home. We also accidentally left a hat and they agreed to hold it at the desk until I could return to pick it up a couple days later. There were a couple of tiles in the entry to the room that were popping up, but overall a great stay. I didn't have breakfast there due to my family member in the hospital but the restaurant on site was good as well."

"This is a great spot in Albany. Close to everything located down a cute cobblestone side street. It has charm and is a very comfortable place to stay. It was very private. Dillon was a great host - super helpful and friendly as well as available. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others."
