"The place was exactly as pictured. The communication with the host was easy and they quickly answered any questions. The location in a beautiful country setting at the end of a county road so you do not have traffic passing by and there is even a locked gate on the driveway. We chose this location for no traffic and country setting because we entered into the Skeeter owners tournament on Lake Fork and I did not want to worry about things being messed with on the boat. The house was nice and...

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Sulphur Springs

8/10 Good

"Overall the stay was fine - However, there are a couple of things to point out 1) The Wifi for mobile devices (at least for our iPhones and iPad) was terrible. We were not able to log in; despite having the password. We did not ask the staff for help, so I don't know if there was a "trick" to getting it to work. Wifi on our laptop was no issue 2) The layout of the room (2 Queen) was a bit "weird." The lounge chair was right next to one of the beds, making it a bit awkward for getting in/out. The desk chair was directly in front of the AC; so you were constantly getting blown on. 3) The tub has no slip guards on the bottom. Or they were there, but have worn off. With no other handles in the bath (non-accessible), it can be a bit difficult for some people. 4) Finally, the guide on the TV was painfully slow. It would be best to have a printed guide available so that you can quickly enter in the channel."

"Had a great time and really enjoyed the property! My only complaint was that one of the showers would never get hot. So we just showered in the other bathroom. The house and location were both great! We would definitely stay here again!"

Lake Fork Waterfront -2 bedroom cabin with cozy modern comfort-Boat Ramp/Dock

10/10 Excellent

"We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It’s a hidden gem right on the reservoir. It’s very quiet and peaceful and a perfect place to wake up and fish every morning. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed for a weekend getaway and the beds were very comfortable"

Cozy 2-bedroom cabin in fabulous Alba with cool AC . Only 8miles from lake fork

10/10 Excellent

"The place was exactly as pictured. The communication with the host was easy and they quickly answered any questions. The location in a beautiful country setting at the end of a county road so you do not have traffic passing by and there is even a locked gate on the driveway. We chose this location for no traffic and country setting because we entered into the Skeeter owners tournament on Lake Fork and I did not want to worry about things being messed with on the boat. The house was nice and clean and even had a car port to park the boat under and plug into electrical to recharge the batteries. This is not the Hilton but if you want a nice country setting this is it. You get what you see in the pictures and if we are in the area we would definitely stay again."
