- Just 500 m from the beach, Villa Est is located in San Jaime Mediterráneo within a small complex of 2 semi-detached houses. Perfect for families, this holiday home features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. The villa is furnished in traditional Menorcan style and offers Wi-Fi and cable TV. Enjoy fantastic sea views from your private covered terrace with garden furniture. The large communal terrace with pool and sun loungers—shared with guests from the other 3 holiday apartments—is ideal for relaxing on warm summer days. In addition to all the villa’s amenities, you’ll benefit from a prime location: shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés are 500 m away, and the wide sandy beach of Son Bou is less than a 10-minute walk.
Street parking is available. Bed linen is included, but towels cannot be provided.
