  • This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with sea views is perfectly located to walk easily to the stunning sandy Son Bou beach.

    All on the same floor you will find a spacious, light open plan living room with 2 large comfortable sofas with double doors opening out to the outdoor terrace. The is a flat screen tv with satellite channels.

    You will find a well equipped kitchen including oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and more.

    Leading off the sitting room you will find a bedroom with twin beds, bedside tables and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin beds put together to make a double with bedside tables and large wardrobe. These bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

    Outside from the patio doors there is a spacious terrace with stunning sea views, sunbeds and dining table and chairs for 6 people, perfect for enjoying alfresco meals. There are steps down from the terrace to the pool which is shared by 3 other villas. There are sunloungers and parasols and 2 barbecues.

    The stunning beach of Son Bou is just aa short 5 minute walk.

Nice villa close to the beach.

Cute villa located in nice neighborhood with everything within a ten minute walk including a beautiful beach, shops and restaurants. The villa has a fantastic terrace you will most likely spend most of your time dining and watching beautiful sunsets. It accommodates 6 adults comfortably. The kitchen is modern and fully functional with new appliances. The villa is very clean. Highly recommend it.

Très agréable séjour à Son bou. Correspondait exactement à nos attentes.

La maison est bien placée au centre de l'ile ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement. La plage de son bou est très belle mais très fréquentée, nous y allions que le soir et la journée nous allions vers d'autres plages et lieux de visites. Très belle vue de la terrasse de la maison et piscine très appréciable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.
