Excellent hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and tidy. The room has a nice set up. The paid on-site parking is a nice luxury. However, the parking in the basement is tight, so it requires an expert driver to move in and out of the small spaces if you are not familiar with driving in older European cities.

The sound insulation between the rooms is poor. Could hear everything next door and the footsteps of the person above. Otherwise a good hotel.

Comfortable, modern city hotel. Great location at the heart of the city. Nice room, high floor, good view. Secure, somewhat expensive parking, but necessary as nowhere else to park. Difficult getting to the hotel by car as so many city centre roads being dug up and closed so sat nav doesn’t get you there.

Modern hotel, nicely furnished and situated

Overall a good hotel experience but with a couple minor issues. The parking garage was full so I had to find street parking and cross my fingers that I found a spot where I could park my rental car overnight. Also, one of the elevators was out of service so it was a real hassle to wait for the single elevator (I was on the 8th floor). However, the service staff were all very friendly - the front desk ladies mailed my postcards for me, the bartender gave me free ice refills, and the guy running the (incredible) breakfast buffet had a smile every morning. Wi-fi was free and I had no issues connecting. The shower in my room was also a treat - the showerhead had a rotating jet that felt very nice!

Would certainly go back to this hotel.
Very well located for exploring the various sights of the city. The hotel has an underground parking lot which is very useful in this city. Price is perhaps a little high and the spaces tight. Breakfast buffet selection very good.

Poor experience at an NH hotel
The first time we waited to check in, the receptionist ignored us as if we were invisible. On our later return, her colleague checked us in without a smile. Our room had a very small, hard bed and a bathroom so small, you could not fully open the door. It all looked very old and tired and the aircon was noisy and ineffectual.At breakfast, my request for scrambled eggs muted into over -cooked, oil -saturated and inedible fried eggs. The service was indifferent, just like reception.

4 stars price, but quality of 2 or 3 stars
the location is really excellent and the room is good, but there are some important issues: - during check-in I was kept waiting 3 hours for the wrong room; - the air condition does not work well during the night. I've complained but received no response; - noisy room; - there was a constant smell of cigarette in the last days. I've complained two times, but nothing was done (as it seems was standard protocol on this hotel)

Nice hotel, great location. Only downside was the bar/cafe area - they had menus out on the tables offering a limited range of food, but this is only available when the restaurant is open. It didn't say this anywhere, and we'd ordered drinks before being told we'd have to wait an hour to get something to eat.

This hotel has a great central location within walking distance of the main town centre. There is a great Italian restaurant called Dolomiti and a nice bar/restaurant called Senda steps away so you are never stuck for food options - unless its August because everything seems to be shut for holidays! The hotel itself has a nice lobby area where you can sit and have a few drinks, coffee etc. There is also a beautiful restaurant. I did not eat there but heard great things and the daily menu is pretty reasonable. The lobby area always had a nice atmosphere and the waiters/waitresses were very friendly. The rooms all have a nice view either of the city or of the parks at the back. O stayed in the hotel from the 8-14 August. We arrived just at the end of the local festivities so the hotel had been very busy. The first room (number 1013) we were given had an issue. On entering the room I could smell smoke and then I noticed the smoke alarm had been blocked with tissue tied with a headphone cable-very ingenious! Reception moved us but I was pretty shocked this had gone unnoticed as the room stank. I noticed a cigarette butt on the staircase. It was never clear to me where you could and could not smoke so assuming people just do it anywhere they are out of view of staff. The hotel has two small lifts with a large central staircase. A hotel of that size and that many floors needs bigger or more lifts. The second room (number 610) we were given was right in-fron of the lift so was noisy

Cosy hotel in good location
It's a lovely cosy hotel, conveniently located, right next to the green belt. The staff is helpful and efficient and some speak very good English. The hotel even has some bicycles for rental (although it would have been great if they maintain their bikes better), if you don't have time to get to the nearby bike rental shops.
