Ein alter Baumbestand, unter dem man gut Schatten findet und eine Finca, die mit viel Liebe und alten Baumaterialien authentisch erbaut wurde. Dazu ein toller Ausblick von einer kleinen Anhöhe über die Bucht von Alcudia. Die Terrasse ist ideal zum Frühstücken und Abendessen, da sie immer im Schatten liegt. Ein Aussengrill ist ebenfalls vorhaben. Dazu ein toll angelegter Pool. Man hört rund ums Haus...

"Pros: Het huis was super groot en koel van binnen! Ook was het zwembad altijd schoon en werden de prullenbakken elke dag verschoond! De eigenaar was super lief en hielp ons als wij vragen hadden. Ik heb een top vakantie gehad"

"My friend group took our annual trip international for the first time, and the bar couldn't have been set higher by Matilde and her villa. The property was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room both inside and out to relax and hang out. We had a couple meals outside because the wrap around deck made for the perfect dinner setting with the view of the sunset as the backdrop. "Pros: Kitchen was well equipped, good air conditioning in every room, the beds were really comfortable which is a bonus when sleeping somewhere different. Cons: Unable to drink around the pool area, Could have done with plastic beakers. Can’t really fault anything else The house is close to a road and on the flight path of the airport, however neither of these spoilt our stay."

"This is a lovely spacious villa with a beautiful garden and pool. It is a short distance from Pollenca town (20 min walk or short drive). Only a 10 min drive to the beach (Port du Pollenca). Nice outdoor seating area. Two kitchens! One of these has a bbq. Kitchen quite basic in terms of equipment. Beware there were no basics like salt and pepper, water etc when we arrived and only one toilet roll per bathroom! We had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend the villa and location."

"Pros: The house was amazing, very spacious, really comfy beds, air con in every room. Spacious bathrooms. The pool was great. Super clean and warm to perfect temp. Also had lots of outdoor space. Outdoor dining table and outdoor sofa/furniture massive bonus. Overall amazing property. Great hosts and communication from them - super easy check in also. Cons: Lack of necessary things to get started. I.e no washing liquid, dishwadher tabs, oil to cook, salt or pepper etc. would have been a nice...
