Обман! Бронируешь данный отель заселяют в другой! Это если вкратце, я бы подумала что это недоразумение если бы не стала свидетелем аналогичной ситуации с другими постояльцами! Впредь буду очень внимательна так как это сеть отелей!

1 gece konakladık ve akşam yemeği çok kötüydü. Odamızı balkon kapısı tam kaplanmıyordu ve yoldan geçen araçların tüm gürültüsü içerideydi doğru düzgün uyuyamadık. TV de eğlenceli vakit geçirecek kanallar yoktu. Ne bir film kanalı ne de çocuk kanalı hatta 2 sıkıcı kanal hariç yerli kanallar dahi yoktu. Çok Memnun kalmadık.

Rigtig god lokation. Hotellet er okay af et 3 stjernet at være. Servicen er mega dårlig. Medarbejderne er sure og ikke så hjælpsomme. Wifi er elendigt, hvis man overhovedet kan få forbindelse

Bra beliggenhet, men dårlig innvendig

Kjempe dårlig service i resepsjonen. Lite behjelpelig og sure ansatte. Så og si ingen internett på hotellet. Fungerte noen ganger "bare" i resepsjonen. Rommet var stort og klimaanlegget fungerte utmerket. Mangler kjøleskap/minibar på rommet. Bra utsikt fra balkong. Passer ikke reisende med småbarn

Odalar dört kişi için küçük, odadaki buzdolabının kilitli ve ayrıca ücrete tabi olması ilginç, havlular eski ve yıpranmış. Personel kibar, ilgili ve çözüm üreten yapıda..plaja giriş ekstra ücretli, tv lerde 2 Türk kanalı var diğerleri Alman, Rus ve Hollanda kanalları zaten toplam 10 kanal var....

Goed hotel met mooie ligging.

Eftalia aytur is een prima hotel/appartementencomplex. Het eten is goed en de kamers zijn netjes. De prijs van de kluis is 2 euro per dag en geen 4 lira en de prijs van de koelkast op de kamer is 1 euro ipv 2 lira. Deze prijzen worden al jaren gehanteerd. De WiFi in de lobby is prima op de kamers is er bijna geen wifi.

Otele giriş yapmak istediğimde rezervasyonumu göremediler. İki rezervasyonum vardı uzun araştırma sonucu sadece bir tanesini bulabildiler. Beklemek durumunda kaldım. Genel olarak temizlik ve yemek konusunda otel fena değil. Çalışanlar türk müşterilere karşı gayet kaba ve ilgisizler. Tekrar konaklamak istemem.

Trotz Bayram war ein Wohlfühlen möglich

Sauberkeit war einwandfrei, ich bekam auch wie gewünscht ein ruhiges Nichtraucherzimmer im 5. Stock, die Dusche war recht klein, Personal war freundlich und entgegenkommend, während des Dinners hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass Getränke angeboten werden - statt dessen Self Service, beim Frühstück habe ich Butter vermisst

Can güvenliği yok!!!

Ömrümde böyle rezalet görmedim. Sağduyulu davranıp parasını ödediğim halde odayı bile görmeden oteli terketmek zorunda kaldım. Resepsiyonist ve güvenlik görevlisi galiz hakaretlerle nişanlım ve benim üzerime yürüdü. Sağ duyuyu elden bırakmamak için paramdan vazgeçip oteli terkettim. Yoksa karakolluk olacaktık. Bu kadar cahil insanları birarada ilk defa görüyorum. Günüm kısa olmasaydı savcılığa suç duyurusunda bulanacaktım fakat vaktim yoktu. Hotels com olarak böyke işletmelerin portföyünüzde olması da ayrıca üzücü. Alanya ya gideceklere her türlü sosyal mecrada uyaracağım sakın Alanya Eftalia Aytur Otele gitmeyin. Can güvenliğiniz yok !!!

Konaklamam hakkında şu u söyleyeyim. Otele check in yaptıktan sonra dışarıda barda arkadaşımla oturup birşeyler içmek istedim güvenlik yanımıza gelip otelde kalıp kalmadığımızı sordu. Bizde dedik ki birşeyler içmek için. İn otelde mi kalmam lazım. Paramızla içiyoruz. Güvenlik barda çalışan arkadaşlar sorduğu için gelip sorduğunu söyledi. Yani anlatmak istediğim otel fena değil ama servis elemanları ve genel ekip amatör ve müşteriye nasıl davranacağını bilmiyor. Otelcilikten anlamayan bir avuç insan. Otelde sadece resepsiyonda ki arkadaş ilgili ve işini yapan bir arkadaş. Otelde kalmama rağmen otelde yaptığım hiç bir harcamayı odama yazdıramadım. Böyle bir çalışma şekilleri yokmuş. Yani bu otele sakın gitmeyin. Kalmayın.

Ilmastointilaitteen voisi siirtää toiselle seinälle, esim sängyn päätyseinälle, ei puhaltaisi suoraan sänkyyn. Huone muuten hyvä. Ruokailut erittäin hyvät, paljon salaatteja, lihaa ja paikallisia makuja.

Nice Hotel Hotel with perfect location

We have stayed many times at this hotel. All times was great. The breakfast is excellent but this year the dinner was not so good. The food didnt taste good at all and it was same food many times in our 7 days. Room and location is great

Helt ok.

Bra hotell, grei beliggenhet, men resepsjonistene virket veldig "sløve". Skjedde ofte at de heller var opptatt med mobiltelefon enn å faktisk hjelpe de som kom til skranken. Vaskehjelpen var heller ikke så mye å skryte av.
