I would like to commend Mehmet at the reception desk for helping to sort out the miscommunication between orbitz/Expedia and Blue Star as I was checking in.. He was a total life saver in putting in the extra effort to help find me accommodations and saving my trip that created memories that will last a life time. I’d also like to thank the staff at the Green Bar during the Animations. They were always upbeat and quick to keep your glasses filled.

The hotellrooms did not looked like anything on the pictures on internett. When we arrived they tried to give us to familyrooms, instead of the three dubblerooms we had bookende. We traveled with our three grown kids so family rooms was not what we wanted. Because we said no to the familyrooms we had to wait another hour to Get our rooms. When we finally got our rooms, our first room looked like a monastery-cell, and with two single beds. Back in the reception, we had to wait another 30 mins to Get another room. The room we ended up with was ok, but not like anything like the pictures on the hotell website. The aircondition had only one temprature and was not adjustable. The hotelstaff is a story on it’s own. Almost everyone treated you like you where a pain in the a..the where rude and condescending. They where not helpful with anything you asked about. In the poolbar in daytime, they often stood 4 persons behind the bar, 3 of them smoked or looking at there phones while the fourth served the customers. And it was not at all service with a smile!! In the beachbar, the staff where almost unfriendly. My husband got yelled at because he did not know that wine was not included in the all-inclusive at the beachbar. The beach towels that where included nobody informeres us about, so we had to but our own. The food was the most positive about the hotel. Great variety and nice food. I will never visit this hotel again and will not recomend it to anyone i know.

Bra hotel sentralt Alanya

Greit hotel, fint rom, fine basseng, god mat, kort vei til egen fin Strand sentralt på Kleopatra stranden. Vil sikkert vurdere å bo her igjen når reisen går tilbake til Alanya.

Mertcan fra receptionen holder scoren oppe

Når det så er sagt er der ingen dyner på værelserne men et "sengetæppe" og et almindeligt tæppe og det på trods af at det ikke er sommer/ eller en varm periode vi er der nede i! Sengene er som beton med alt for hårde madrasser. Badeværelser afløb næsten tilstoppet så det nærmest oversvømmer ved almindelig badning, Aircondition units der larmer som russiske tankvogne! og en ret så kedelig morgenmadsbuffet. som vi spiste ved 1 gang. Vi spiste aldrig aftensmad der, der vi foretrak at spise ude. Men vi fik da spist natmad eller som det hedder der "natsuppe" som serveres mellem 23.00 - 00.00. Den eneste grund til at scoren går op er receptionisten Mertcan. Når Mertcan sidder i Receptionen er servicen fantastisk.

Huoneet ihan hyvät, vähän vanhanaikaiset. Hotelli tosi hieno, työntekijät ystävälliset ja avuliat. Huoneen siivouksessa petrattava ja siivooja on mahdollisesti virheellisesti luullut, että pöydällä lojuva raha oli jätetty hänelle, koska siivouksen jälkeen oli rahatkin hävinnyt. Ilmainen bussi vie rantaan suoraan hotellilta, jossa toki miinuksena se että rannalla joudut maksamaan aurinkgontuoleista ja varjoista. Parturi-kampaamo hotellissa on plussa, mutta hinnat aika korkeat, suosittelen tinkiä hinnassa aina. Kaupungin keskusta ei ole kaukana, vaan kävelymatkan päässä. Animation team henkilökunta ei puhuu melkein ollenkaan englantia, eikä varsinaisesti mitään muuta kieltä. Ainoastaan yksi tyttö puhui tosi hyvä englantia. Ruoka oli aina tosi hyvä ja runsas valikoima. Ravintola tosi kaunis ja siisti, mutta vieraita oli niin paljon, että kaikille ei aina vapaata paikka löytynyt. Liika venäläisiä hotellissa vieraina ja he ovat tosi törkeitä Aamuisin jo oli kaikki aurinkotuolit varattuja, eli pyyhkeet heitetty tuolien päälle vaikka ketään ei ollut sinne tulossa monta tuntia vielä. Tällaista ei saa tehdä, henkilökunta voisi kerätä kaikki pyyhkeet pois. Lapsille uima-altaita ja ohjelma päivällä ja iltaisin myös. Hotellin uima-altaalla saa välipalat suoraan baarista, valitettavasti joka päivä samat ruoat, kuiva burgeri, ranskalaiset ja salaatti. Mutta hyvä hinta ja laatusuhde, voin kyllä suosittella.

Sängen var inte bekväm och den gjorde irriterande ljud vid minsta rörelse på ett spänt sätt. Doften av matlagning från morgon till kväll i hela rummet (jag var på femte våningen). Många av lamporna i rummet fungerar inte.

Хороший , чистый Отель, но если ваш номер с видом на бассейн у ресторана, то готовьтесь услышать звяканье посуды и тарелок , каждый день , с 7 утра . А если ваш номер с видом на бассейн в корпусе где ресепшн , то готовьтесь целыми днями слушать громкую однообразную веселую музыку в течении дня. Так же одинаковая Музыка во время обедов, завтраков ужинов. Без конца повторяющаяся анимация. Персонал отеля ничего не рассказал , где что находится, например, где тренажёрный зал. По английски говорят буквально несколько человек . Еды очень много( порядка 70 позиций) , но почти все не вкусное и однообразное. На пляже есть бар от отеля - это большой плюс, когда планируете провести время на море . Увы когда на море волны с детьми опасно находиться , на дне встречаются камни. Если не брать тур , то трансфер до аэропорта стоит неприлично много , как билет на самолёт.

I won’t be back

No cocktails included. Staff at reception were rude. Air con didn’t work in the room they wouldn’t fix it we slept on balcony it was that bad. No food options at meal times only 4/5 hot dishes. Pools really dirty and smelly.

Temizligi idare eder ama, en büyük sorun otelin asiri dolu olmasi, ve müsterilerin avrupali olmamasi, eskiden cogunlugu iskandinevli müsterilerdi ama simdi yanlizca ruslarin oldugu bir otel. Otel okadar doluydu ki dogru düzgün yemek yigemedik, her sirada en az 15 dakika bekliyorduk, yani düsünün, sicak yemek 15 dakika, salata 15 dakika, pasta 15 dakika, 6 gün boyunca yanlizca yemekle iki kere icecek ictik, cünkü asiri bir sira vardi icecek kurugunda. Yani otelde yemek saffi hic keyifli degildi, hatta stresliydi, hemen yiyip cikiyorduk. Yemek cesidi azdi ve lezzetsizdi. Cogu zaman oturacak yer bulamiyorduk. Burda sorun koordineydi, yani elemanlar yanlis yönetiliyordu. Bögle durumlarda sag amiri iyi koordine etmeliydi, masalarin hemen temizlenmesi lazimdiki, baskalari oturabilsin, bazi masalar bostu, ama temizlenmemisti bu yüzdende yer bulamiyorduk. Gündüz havuz basinda yer bulmak cok zordu. Aksam bile herkez oteldeydi, kimse otelden cikmiyordu, bar kuyrugu uzundu. Müsteriler sirada durdugunda hic coronayi düsünmeyerek Insanin agizina kadar giriyorlardi. Elemanlar efendiydi ve saygiliydi. Burda sorunun büyügünü yöneticiler tasiyordu, cünkü otel asiri doluydu. Bunlari yazmamin sebi, eskiden bluestar iskandinev müsterilerle doluydu ve yemek cesidi coktu. Yani otel yemegi yeni müsteri kitlesinee göre hazirlamisti diye düsünüyorum. Cleanliness was disgusting, cleaners don't know how to clean a room. They didn't even replace toilet paper. Wifi in the room is terrible, very poor signal. Food is poor, drinks are bad.

Hyggeligt lidt slidt hotel med afslappet atmosfære

Vi har været på Blue Star, der ligger lidt inde i lokalområdet, flere gange, og nu kan vi se at det er ved at være godt brugt, men der er en god afslappet atmosfære med mange danske gæster, og personalet gør hvad de kan for at gæsterne skal have det godt. Rengøring på værelset, rent sengetøj og håndklæder var altid ok. Der kører shuttelbus til by og strand ( det tager højst 10- 15 minutter at gå til stranden) Der er pomfritter, burger, øl og vand på stranden i nr 17, all inclusive. Det er fint, hvis man ikke vil gå tilbage til hotellet til frokost. Maden var efter vores mening ok, man kan altid finde noget godt at spise. Forvent ikke luksus, men afslappet, hyggelig ferie. Vi ville stadig gerne komme igen.

Sidste gang på blue Star hotel

Har været på hotellet 2 gange før med gode oplevelser. Denne gang var slemt skuffende. Manglende vedligehold overalt på hotellet. Grumset urent vand i poolen, samt ødelagte fliser i bunden af den. Dårlig rengøring af værelser. Virkelig beskidt restaurant og poolområde. Ingen afrydning af borde når gæster forlod dem efter endt spisning. Poolbaren ikke åben som oplyst og flabet personale når man spurgte til det. Morgenmaden var så lækker. Middag og aftensmad megen ensformig men god mad. Vores ophold var fint nok alt ialt, vi vil dog finde et andet hotel næste gang.

Odamızdaki herşey eskiydi, lambalardan bazıları yanmıyordu, klima bozuktu, bahçedeki masalar kirliyd,. Aslinda çalışanların güleryüzü ve ilgisinin dışında herşeyde bir eksik vardı.en kötüsüde yemeklerdi. Öğle yemeğinde ana yemek bazen iki çeşit bazen hiç yoktu. Akşam yemeği nispeten daha iyiydi ama çok lezzetli veya özel bir şey yoktu. Kahvaltı da aynı şekilde çok fakirdi.masraflardan kısıtlama yapmak adına herşey ucuz ve sıradandı. bütün ağırlık çalışanlara yüklenerek götürülmeye çalışılmış bir durumdaydı.lobide internet var sadece o da çok ağır, bir işe yaramıyor. odalarda internet hiç yok. spor salonu var diye yazıyor, salon diye uyduruk birkaç makine var hepsi bu. hamam ücretli, odada internet isterseniz ücretli, otelin plajına gidiyorsunuz şezlong ve şemsiye ücretli, gece ve havuz aktiviteleri kötü.tatlılar en basir tatlılar ve çoğu lezzetsiz, ayran yok birde.
