"We loved our time here! It felt really welcoming and was a perfect spot to stay. The staff were helpful and gave us recommendations on places to eat. Rooms were clean and overlooked a quiet street. It felt really authentic and was one of our most memorable nights of our trip!"

10/10 Excellent
"Wow!!!! We have just returned from an amazing holiday at La Escribana!!I booked this villa for 15 of us (9 adults and 6 children) for 5 nights for my husband’s 50th birthday celebration and we had a brilliant time. The booking process was seamless and the host was responsive and very helpful. The house is surrounded by lush greenery and a 10 min walk into town though a steep climb for a bit so might not be suitable for all.The house is cosy and tastefully decorated with multiple spaces to relax including outdoors. The kitchen and dining area was the hub for us all to gather together whilst we did some cooking. There are supermarkets in town and Trady’s will deliver! There is a great butchers for Iberian meats and we bought some yummy stuff for my husband’s birthday barbecue party in the garden. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need to have a very comfortable stay. Bedrooms were comfortable with big beds, storage space and most with en-suites. The pool was big enough for us all and cleaned regularly. There is a room outside which holds loads of toys and a washing machine/dryer which again made it feel like a home away from home! The children had an amazing time with access to games, even hide and seek in the massive gardens!Lola and Fernando are the caretakers and were fantastic and very responsive via WhatsApp.Constantina is a quaint village with bars and cafes and we even did a day trip to Seville. La Escribana did not disappoint! :)"
