Sitting on the deck by the shore, an occasional boat may pass in the distance. The surrounding reeds and islands add to the sense of privacy and tranquillity. The gardens are equally delightful, with vibrant purple clematis, striking tiger lilies, and cheerful cornflowers in shades of blue and violet. Liz and Tom are wonderful hosts - very helpful when necessary, however they seem to have considered all the amenities and the cottage contains all you need for a lovely relaxing stay.
